Hbr 11:16 But now they desire a better [country], that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city

In my Father's house are many mansions: if [it were] not [so], I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.

Jhn 14:3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, [there] ye may be also.

Jhn 14:4 And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know

Acts 1:11 JESUS received up into heaven...Jesus went to a real place , a genuine home, a final and premanent place for God's children. Even the Lord's prayer tells us of that place where He abides...'Our Father which art in heaven......

When Stephen was being martyrd he said, "behold I see heaven opened and the son of man standing at the right hand of God"......Stephen saw a place , heaven and he saw Jesus at God's right hand...

God's word tells us those who have trusted in Christ as our saviour , that our citizenship is in heaven....... His word tells us that when we see HIM we will be like HIM.......

1Jo 3:2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is........

PRAISE GOD , WE SHALL SEE OUR SAVIOUR AND LORD AND WE WILL LOOK UPON HIS FACE AND WE WILL BE AS HE IS.......WHAT A DAY THAT WILL BE WHEN AT LAST MY JESUS I SHALL SEE.......GLORY!!!!!!!!!!!!! HALLEUJHA, PRAISE GOD !!!!!!!!!!!BLESSED BE THE NAME OF THE LORD MOST HIGH.......PRAISE GOD....

Hs word tells us that our names are written there and His word also tells us tha our treasures are stored there....Oh death where is thy sting? O grave where is thy victory? .....(1 cor.15)....

The word Heaven is mentioned 559 times in the word........

Our eternal home is in heaven (john14:2)...

To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord (phill.1:23).

God's abode is in heaven (isa.63:15)

His Holy habitation is in heaven (Deut.26:15)...

Heaven thy dwelling place (1 kings 8:30)...

Only in the book of Revelation is heaven described beginning in chapter 4 and continuing into the Apocolypse...........In( Ezek. 1:1 ; John 1:51; Acts 7:56 :Acts 10:11 )

The viewer says , "I saw heaven opened".............Jesus calls heaven oikos (greek) meaning a house , a dwelling place , a home...

There we will have a new name (Rev .2:17; 3:12) , and we will sing a new song ( Re v. 5:9; 14:3)

W hat a day that will be !!!!!!!!!!.. PRAISE GOD!!!!!! ALL GLORY AND HONOUR AND POWER AND DOMINION TO THE BLESSED LAMB OF GOD.....HALLEUIJAHH.....

We will possess and enjoy new things ( Rev .21:5)

and we will live in a New Jerusalem (Rev .3:12; 21:2)

and children will play in the streets ( Zech. 8:5)

and we will dwell in a new earth and a new heaven (Rev. 21:1)

and we God's children will have and do have everlasting life......(John 3:16 ) .....

In Revelation 21 and 22 we are given a panoramic view of our eternal abode........

John describes the city from the outside , a solid cube of golden construction , what a site measuring 1500 miles long and 1500 miles up and 1500 miles down.......

It is as large as all of Wes tern Europe and one half of Russia.....

It is as large as from the farthest point of Maine to the farthest point of Florida.......

Each street is one half the length of the diameter of the earth........

Each level rises one mile above the other equalling 8 million miles of beautiful avenues ....

I cant even imagine that ....

Th e three gates made of pearl are upon the 12 jeweled foundations proclaim security and accessibilty from all parts of the earth (Rev. 21:13-14)........

The entire City of Splendor proclaims God's covenant relationship with the bride of the lamb.......

After John unveils his detailed description of the city he takes us INSIDE.........Oh what a site, what glory!!!!!!!!

As one walks those beautiful avenues , two things are not present there ...

first there is no sun aand no moon...The city is illuminated by the prescence of GOD HIMSELF.(Rev. 21:23) ....

GLORY!!!!!! WHAT A SITE JOHN SAW......GOD HIMSELF IS THE SOURCE OF UNCREATED LIGHT..... HALLEUJHA WHAT AN AWESOME GOD WE SERVE.......

Second , there is no temple there (Rev.21: 23) .....

1Cr 2:9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him

1Cr 2:10 But God hath revealed [them] unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God

1Cr 2:11 For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God

1Cr 2:12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God

God's word tells us heaven is a place of peace and joy ......

Rom 14:17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost

God's word tells us there is no sorrow in that heavenly place. PRAISE GOD ,PRAISE GOD!!!!!!

Rev 21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away

And GOD made a way that all might live in this wonderful place called heaven....He loved us, His creation that much that He gave heavens best HIS SON to pay the ultimate and final sacrifice for our sins.....

John 3:16 "FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD THAT HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON ,THAT WHOSOEVER BELEIVETH IN HIM WOULD NOT PERISH BUT HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE".........

HE WHO HATH THE SON HATH LIFE AND HE WHO HATH NOT THE SON OF GOD ,HATH NOT LIFE.......1John 5 :12

JESUS CHRIST PREACHED IN MARK 1:15 REPENT YE AND BELIEVE THE GOSPEL.......JESUS CHRIST WAS AND IS THE GOSPEL.....

IF YOU DO NOT KNOW HIM FRIEND ,WANT U GET TO KNOW HIM TODAY...

REPENT OF YOUR SINS AND TRUST IN HIM AND HIM ONLY TO BE YOUR SAVIOUR ...

Rev 22:17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.

IF YOU ARE HERE LOST AND WOULD LIKE GOD TO SAVE YOU TODAY FRIEND, BOW YOUR HEAD RIGTH WHERE U ARE AND PRAY .FRIEND YOU MAY NEVER GET ANOTHER CHANCE...

SEEK YE THE LORD WHILE HE IS NEAR, CALL UPON HIM WHILE HE CAN BE FOUND..God doesnt promise any of us another day. not me nor u , no one.

He loves you and He bids u come , come and drink of this living water. friend you will never regret it, that i can promise you...

HERE IS A PRAYER U MAY USE OR SAY UR OWN WORDS WILL BE JUST FINE......

Dear Jesus. I Recognize that i am a sinner and i am sorry for my sins, please forgive me of all of them lord and cleanse me of all unrightouesness....i believe Lord Jesus that you died on the cross to pay my sins debt and i beleive that on the third day you arose...please come into my heart Jesus and live and be my saviour......in this YOUR NAME i do pray.,amen

1Jo 5:13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God

Hey, Sister Dare...

I wish we heard more of the wonderful promises of our future life with our God than the dreadful prophesies to come.

I was moved by a post by a young man only 14 years old and a new little brother in Jesus...who said he was very much afraid of the future because of what the bible says.

I want so much for the young people...children and teenagers to be reassured by US...parents, teachers, Awanas leaders, Sunday school teachers and other caring adults...to give these precious and beloved children comfort and reassurance.

Those who are mature believers and adults are firm in our foundation, tend to discern deception and false doctrines, perceive the "sign of the times" and have dug some very deep roots ...(a firm foundation for our faith).

Yet, so many young ones haven't. They're still learning and growing their roots ....and they see and hear things around them that are disturbing.

I hope more of them realize the "end of the book" is VICTORY in Jesus Christ, an eternal home with HIM and eternal fellowship and service to our God forever.

Heaven IS our destination. I realize so many young people read the "End Times" books and it really leaves them frightened...They wonder, "Will I be left behind?"

This is a good thought for those who are lost and searching...it may well draw them to Jesus Christ.

For those who've made the decision to follow Jesus, there's still those wobbly legs of faith, having yet been made strong. Like newborn calves, they struggle to get their legs.

I think it's as important to help the young ones to realize the ultimate victory is Jesus, HE WINS the war, heaven is our home and as our Lord and Master tells us, "Let not your heart be troubled...I have overcome the world!"

Though we are pilgrims in this world, heaven is our home and our destiny .
