I love Peretti, The Left Behind Series, Janette Oake, Gilbert Morris, BJ Hoff, and others along that line of books. For non-fiction I am reading alot of textbooks right now as I am in college and although not for enjoyment I am learning alot anyway, LOL.

My wife is also a Frank Peretti fan, and she was a follower of the Tim LaHaye "Left Behind" series of books from its inception. Â Great choices. "Fresh Wind....Fresh Fire", by Jim Cymbala is one of my top three all-time favorites. Â I think every Christian should read that book!! Â It powerfully reflects what faithful obedience to our FATHER's Word will produce.

I looked at the board just before I left my office.  When I came home I cut on the board, but really didn't read anything until now.  In answer to your question....I have "Fresh Power", but haven't read it yet.  I'm an avid reader of non-fiction Christian writings, so it's on my list, but probably not for about another six books (ahead of it ).Some of my favorites:"The Courage to be Christian", by Mike Nappa (The BEST piece of practical Christian literature I've ever read)."Battlefield of the Mind", by Joyce Meyer (very DIRECT and POWERFUL)."Evidence That Demands a Verdict", by Josh McDowell (one of my all-time favorites)."The Darkness and the Dawn", by Charles Swindoll (excellent)"The Red Sea Rules", by Robert Morgan ( a very simple and easy to read book LOADED with GOD's wisdom!)  I'll keep you posted! Are there any other good non-fiction books you've read?  Incidently, my wife just finished reading "Desecration" this past weekend.
