Deuteronomy 23:2

It states that

No one born of wedlock nor any of his descendants may enter the assembly of the LORD, even down to the tenth generation.

By Lord's Assembly, does this mean The Kingdom as in Heaven, or a different meaning?

It may sound like an odd question, but it says the Assembly, which I cannot find a definition for in the use used in the scripture.

It doesn't mean Heaven.

Deuteronomy is Book which is actually a speech delivered by Moses to the Hebrews, instructions to them on how they were to conduct themselves upon entering the Promised Land. The Isrealites were instructed by God to assemble together for various things throughout the year, hence the reference to "the Assembly of the Lord."

If you'll notice, he also instructs them not to allow those who had been sterilized, or certain foreigners into the Assembly either. He gives a reason for the foreigners, but not the first two types of people. It always seemed to me to be a sort of picture of the Messiah. He was to be perfect, spotless, as were their sacrifices to be.

The Assembly of the Lord refers to the gathering or congregation of God's people. This passage reminds me of Jn.3.16 and how we must be born of the Spirit in order to enter or even see the Kingdom of Heaven. In Heaven there will only be those born of God, and there will be no illegitimate children. Thank God that we can all be born of the Spirit by faith in Jesus! Hallelujah!
