I personally had/have hardly any reason to believe that it is/was a true prophecy. Still on line on that ministry's website last time I checked. George Bush our Evangelical Christian president has stated that he appeals to a "higher Father" for wisdom and has stated that he is trying to do God's will and does not claim that God told him to start the Iraq War. Ever since 1991 I have been given INTENSE real teachings on 1John 4:1-6. Have had 1 and 2 way communication with 1John 4:2 as well as 1John 4:3 spirits. Wrote that ministry a few years back and asked [as I have been asking various people claiming to be prophets and/or giving prophecies over the years] if 1John 4:1-6 was obeyed as The Word of God/God/The Holy Ghost COMMANDS:answer was not yes. In all the other cases with the various people answer was never yes. Never. I've already formed a spiritual judgment-have been considering this amongst many other subjects for a considerable number of years. But he has made some very bad mistakes with Israel. He like many other US presidents has tried to get Israel to give up land to the PA, Syria, and Egypt which they have done. But God did not protect Israel and give them victory during the 6 day war and the Yum Kappor war just so Israel could give the land that God gave them during those wars back to the enemies of Israel. It was a slap in the face of God when Israel gave that land back to them. The land of Israel used to stretch from Israel's coast to the Euphrates River and will again some day. No one has the right to give away Gods land that God gave the apple of His Eye to us. Giving away that Land is the reason Israel is surrounded today by its enemies and God would never tell Bush to make Israel give away That which God has blessed them with. But because of the land give away God's prophecy will be fulfilled. damo1 Posted September 14, 2007 Group: Diamond Member Followers: 2 Topic Count: 29 Topics Per Day: 0.00 Content Count: 1,822 Content Per Day: 0.29 Reputation: 19 Days Won: 0 Joined: 05/23/2007 Status: Offline Birthday: 11/16/1967 Share Posted September 14, 2007 from damo1 you can also look at it this way 1 corinthians 12 verses 7_11 there are diffrent kinds of gifts but the same spirit there are diffrent kind kinds of service but the same lord there are diffrent kinds of working but the same god works all of them in all men now to each one the manisfestation of the spirit is given for the common good to one there is given throught the message of wisdom to another the message of knowledge by means of the same spirit to another faith by the same spirit to another gifts of healing by that one spirit to another miraculous powers to another prophecy to another distinguishing between spirits to another speaking in diffrent kinds of tounges and to stil another the interpretation of tounges all these are the works of the one and the same spirit and he gives them to each one as he determines 1 corinthians 14 1-3 gifts of prophecy and tounges follow the way of love and egerly desire spiritual gifts especialy the gift of prophecy for any one who speaks in a toung does not speak to men but to god indeed no one understands him he utters mysterys with his spirit but every one who prophesies speaks to men to for there strengthening encouragment and comfort 1 corinthians 11 verses 13+15 for such men are false apostles deceitful workmen masquarading as appostles of christ and no wonder for satan him self masqueradas as an angel of light it is supprising then if his servants masquerada as servants of righteousness their end wil be what their actions deserve i should have also pointed this out in my early post as i also have these verses written down as paul tells me what the gift of a prophet is and if it is not edifying the body or encourging and strengthening me or any one then i would not listen to it you can tell one who is from christ or who is a false prophet the gifts that are given they are to be used to build the body of christ up and not tare it down as we also did study on this and i forgot to mention this yes things wil come against us but we also have the spirit with in and i think we should be able to detect if its of christ or not so i hope i have not gone of line hear by jotting this down i was only sharing how i look at things and how i deal with things this is just who i am and i am always depending on gods spirit to guide me and tel me if i am hearing right and as i said i never jump the gun yes patricia1 many prophets that have spoken up end up being given the eye its hard for any one to follow if that is the gift god is giving them we have good prophets in our church and i know that my pastor trusts them and he is very wise in the way he does things we have also had people give us notes and our leaders go over this and sevral speak to my pastor before they even say anything to the body so i know what you are saying hear as wel as i have a friend who is a prophet and i can see what he goes threw he tels me he regrets what he says but the lord places this on his heart to say it so it can build and encourage and stregthen you in your walk its a hard road for these guys and the church should not be arogant towards them i have read wear many prophets in the old testament wear killed and i love eligah i always turn to that book in the old testament from damo1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
