IMO, I know some people DO overreact about things, just that a lot of the comments I saw on YouTube about that were really rude. Especially where one person said it was funny they found a way to actually kill a god. Seriously, what is up with people today? Are they really trying to find a way to kill God or something? If anyone is turned to "the dark side" because of them, then I think that probably that person would have been turned by Grimm's Fairy Tales. Now, I have heard about The Golden Compass and had decided not to buy the book or see the movie. Well, guess what. May daughter was poking around on our bookshelf the other day and guess what we have.....The Golden Compass Where did it come from???? I sort of remember a long time ago being at a bookstore and my daughter asking to buy a book, and I think that is the one she bought. None of us has read it, and I'm not even sure we will. My honest opinion as far as the Harry Potter series is concerned, is that what passes for entertainment on TV is much more harmful.
