Soul Hunters of Ezekiel

Do the soul hunters of Ezekiel exist today? How would a person know if their soul or fragments of their soul had been trapped? Could this result from an evil or unhealthy soul tie? I copied the verses below from a website I was viewing. The parts in parentheses were added by the gentleman who runs the site.

Ezekiel Chapter 13 verses 18-23

18) And say, thus saith the Lord God; Woe to the women that sew pillows to all armholes, and make kerchiefs upon the head of every stature to hunt souls! (In a simple form it means they are using magical materials and charms to hunt souls. The pillows here are the same thing with what we call amulets, magic bands or phylacteries.) Will ye hunt the souls of my people, and will ye save the souls alive that come unto you?

19) And will ye pollute me among my people for handfuls of barley and for pieces of bread, (by collecting money to do it) to slay the souls that should not die (That is, they kill people prematurely), and to save the souls alive that should not live, by your lying to my people that hear your lies?

20) Wherefore thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I am against your pillows (charms and amulets), wherewith ye there hunt the souls to make them fly, and I will tear them from your arms, and will let the souls go, even the souls that ye hunt to make them fly.

21) Your kerchiefs also will I tear, and deliver my people out of your hand, and they shall be no more to your hand to be hunted: and ye shall know that I am the Lord.

22) Because with lies ye have made the heart of the righteous sad, whom I have not made sad (that means there are some sadness that are not from God), and strengthened the hand of the wicked, that he should not return from his wicked way, by promising him life; (they are prospering the wicked so that they will not repent.)

23) Therefore, ye shall see no more vanity, nor divine divinations: for I will deliver my people out of your hand: and ye shall know that I am the Lord.

Can witches trap souls or fragments of souls today?

Also, does anyone know what might cause a person to wake up with a fairly large spot (about the size of a 50 cent piece) of blood on their pillow, when they have no head or facial wounds / sores whatsoever ?

I know the demonic realm brings fear. Whatever door is open he will use. You have to rebuke him. You have the capacity as a child of God. She is under attrack. Don't feed the fear and do not be moved from the knowledge of "greater is HE that is in you (a believer) than he (demonic forces) that is in the world. It is true above all that you SEE or HEAR.

Stand on that knowledge and he will flee. (I don't know the time limit!) Be consistant and believe...
