I'm a pedorthist. does that mean you can hook me up with a good pair of running shoes? seriously though, whats a good pair of running shoes? the pair i have been using for my morning jog is no good at all - it makes my ankles hurt like crazy. I still don't, if I can get away with it, unless I'm outside. When my daughter was a kid, she went shoeless so much that her feet developed such "leather" that when she stepped on a jack, and the ball end went in, it didn't even hurt. Do any of you older parents remember those horrible shoes for kids just starting to walk? I don't see how any kid could walk in them, let alone learn how to. Then you really should try the Z-Coils. They are wonderful for jogging. Otherwise, if you don't care for the look of the Z-Coils, I've seen some New Balance shoes that are pretty good. There is also a type of Sketcher that performs pretty well.
