irishcowboy Posted June 24, 2008 Group: Royal Member Followers: 1 Topic Count: 127 Topics Per Day: 0.03 Content Count: 3,248 Content Per Day: 0.88 Reputation: 13 Days Won: 0 Joined: 03/23/2014 Status: Offline Share Posted June 24, 2008 we also have to remember (for our own salvation) that even satan believes that Jesus is the Son of God...... just knowing that Jesus is the Son of God is not enough, who do we serve? even those that proclaim to be Christians, are not always true Christians..... the fruit of their labors identify them more.... even those in politics, fall under the same category, many say they are Christians, actually the terms used would be more like DEVOUT METHODIST, DEVOUT CATHOLIC, DEVOUT BAPTIST, DEVOUT PRESBYTERIAN, so forth and so on, this to me, says they go to church on a regular basis, but as some we have seen that claim to be DEVOUT, do not bare the fruit to prove it.... we are told that we are to live an upright and BLAMELESS life, one above reproach... one couple that is right up there in the news and in politics, claim this devoutness and yet, are showing us they can live the most worldly lives of anyone... they put on the aire that they are above the law..... thou shalt not bare false witness, thou shalt not commit adultery, thou shalt not murder, thou shalt not covet, thou shalt not use the Lords name in vain......... out of the 10, i do not believe this couple was able to keep even one..... and walk away with a smirk when they get away with it.... those in the movies/tv are not much different, most living the lives in the world, of the world, living fleshly lives, so they put out a Christmas album, make a "gospel" album, make a movie that seems like it would be good, more out of guilt then as a witness..... be careful who you look up to...... I do not follow the movie crowds.... even the ones that people think are doing good.... look at Milley.... ooooops..... what a photo shoot.... that photographer needs to be charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor..... actually could be charged with a sexual crime against a minor, for having a minor in such a position, that could be compromising, bordering child porn.... if it was you or me, we would be standing before the judge trying to explain our actions in the courts of the people..... they will have to stand before the Judge of All Judges..... in the Supreme Court above all others.... not a place i wish to stand and explain myself, i would rather do it here on this earth, rather then later...... mike Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
