  1. I just wanted to add to the post above: When one properly evaluates what The Word of God entails as the creation by Creative Living Word Christ, the written Word infused by The Power of The Holy Spirit one realizes Scripture and creation testifies of Jesus Who is The Way, The Truth, The Life and there is no other way to The Father except by The Word of God ... God has so put is succinctly : Romans 10:17 (KJV) [17] So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Hebrews 11:6 (KJV) [6] But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. As the produce of The Word of God is faith and without The Word of God it is impossible to please God Before sin man was made a living soul by the Breath of God ... the same Breath speaks out The Word of God Acts 2:2 (KJV) [2] And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. [3] And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. [4] And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. Imagine the displeasure with God- where much of Christianity regards The Word of God (Scripture) as just a book- for in reality it is means in which salvation comes... Romans 1:16 (KJV) [16] For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. [17] For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
  2. The Scripture has allowed me to let go of this world and steadfastly hold to the promises within it... my treasure is God's Word as it sets me free from loving that which is unimportant to God .... When a heart loves the same substance as God loves that unity cannot be undone...
  3. sorry didn't take the time to answer properly ... sorry!
  4. As the New Testament was being formed at the writing of this -(context)- at that time: whether by Word as the message of the Gospel was being preached and the Scripture was being formed by letter circulated among the churches... To use it as further communications as to the tradition as continually coming is to pull it from proper context and grammatically committing eisegesis upon the passage... Look it's really simple to understand God's intention upon this: 2 Tim 3:15-17 15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. 16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works. KJV clearly God has put forth the medium upon which man shall rely, grow, and complete himself... to lead people toward the traditions apart from Scripture is to join oneself against God's intended medium (Scripture) and place tradition of man to trust equally as Scripture! All that is necessary to find God's voice in this is to read John 17...
  5. In the formation of Scripture till the finish of said Scripture that of Revelation in which now what is written is sealed... there is no further Revelatory Scripture from God Rev 22:18-19 18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: 19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book. KJV Nowhere does it say this of traditions of men but of Scripture itself 2 Tim 3:15-17 15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. 16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works. KJV
  6. This from your own assessment... not anything I have said... Scripture is the only thing we are to fill ourselves with ... nothing else to renew our minds according to Scripture...
  7. You will when His Word is fulfilled... Isa 65:17, 1Cor 13:8, Rev 21:1-5 The only control satan has is this world and the things within it... that is why God has done as Scripture says He will do...
  8. I see this this here Luke 16:29-31 29 Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them. 30 And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent. 31 And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead. KJV As faith comes from truth entering into one's being 'They have Moses and the prophets' = Word of God Rom 10:17 17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. KJV but nowhere do I find God give it in any other way as you suggest God has given His Word to the world and by said Word all may believe and receive the faith from said Word...
  9. That is why we are to let Scripture renew our minds... and not self or world we are in...
  10. In a conversation to Anne2 in another thread ... I think this is very pertinent to the discussion here ...
  11. your writing suggest doubt ... or perhaps willful clinging to one's already accepted thoughts Rev 21:5-7 5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. 6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely. 7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. KJV Noting 'all things new' which fulfills Isa 65:17 17 For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. KJV The Scripture determines how I reason and think ... everything is literal unless Scripture allows otherwise... Jesus said this of little children: Matt 18:3-4 3 And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. 4 Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven. KJV to put is simply Heb 11:1 11 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. KJV One must be willing to let go of that which passes away in order to fill themselves with what is promised... which we cannot reason with the present world or things within it... 1 Cor 2:9-11 9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. 10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. 11 For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. KJV We are effectively waiting upon God for a promise we cannot yet fathom yet being s/Spiritually alive we wait as children upon the promise in which the present world or things within it fails to deepen or explain any of this!
  12. You only need follow the Scripture to eschatological outcomes to answer this..,
  13. yes ... they are simply trying to place Spiritual things into physical realties that will pass away...
  14. I think it important to realize Jesus was speaking to the new borns not yet born... as it is taught in the above communications... Paul identifies why: 1 Cor 2:14 14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. KJV The mission of God was to speak to the element of way, truth and life ... thus His message was of s/Spirit and to accept that which is not of this world one must be born again into Spiritual realities... my flesh profits me nothing in this pursuit! God has instructed us that this world and all (all) passes away and will be forgotten thus fulfilling 1 John 2:15-17 15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. 17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever. KJV It is a very easy understanding - God will not place eternal truth in that which passes away...
  15. When God says this: 2 Tim 3:15-17 15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. 16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works. KJV So to what you have written and compared to what God has written as throughly furnished for all good works... seems a disconnect here somewhere between you and the Lord ...

    BORN AGAIN

this answered nothing that I asked you... thanks anyway...
  17. The Word of God states clearly all of first creation will be burnt up and all knowledge of will be removed... this helps us understand this more fully: 1 John 2:15 (KJV) [15] Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. When God has so clearly defined for us what is being kept and what is ceasing from existence... it is a simple reality to fill ourselves with that which is being kept and removing all that is being removed... this those born of God should do because God has said this: What does it mean that we have eternity in our hearts (Ecclesiastes 3:11)? | GotQuestions.org Ecclesiastes 3:11 (NKJV) [11] He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also He has put eternity in their hearts, except that no one can find out the work that God does from beginning to end. Along with the evidentiary presence of God The Holy Spirit within us... Ephesians 1:13 (NKJV) [13] In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, [14] who is the guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory. we are held accountable by God for God within us Luke 12:48 (NKJV) [48] “But he who did not know, yet committed things deserving of stripes, shall be beaten with few. For everyone to whom much is given, from him much will be required; and to whom much has been committed, of him they will ask the more.
  18. I think this can all be resolved rather simply... there exists only two types of tribulation in Scripture that from the world and satan and that from God. That from God exists from the cursing of the world for sin and The wrath that is coming that has not been since the beginning till that time when it comes as it is like no other in all of histories... That which is from satan is bought upon all who follow after God, whom satan hates... The wrath from God like no other time is clearly revealed by Scripture: What is the Great Tribulation? | GotQuestions.org This wrath has a distinctive of The Wrath of God upon mankind and God promises His people He will not pour it out upon His children 1 Thessalonians 1:10 (KJV) [10] And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come.

    BORN AGAIN

we are not talking about interpretation of God's Word! We are talking about the statement of faith you signed to be here... Do you believe Genesis - Revelation is the exhaustive inerrant and inspired Word from God?

    BORN AGAIN

There is a hermeneutic (science) to extract original intent of written material... and it is objective not subjective to the proving of what is true! This is the statement that you signed We believe that the 66 books of the Canon, from Genesis to Revelation are the exhaustive, inerrant and inspired word of God. This means exactly as it is written Genesis - Revelation is equally the inerrant and inspired word of God!
  21. So many try to draw this into a dependent work solution toward salvation... when in fact-> it is reality of the heart that has been reborn into God's keeping! The foundation of truth is such: If one relies on works to save them they are divided out in salvation part God part self... If one relies on God to save them they are unified by God by dependence upon God alone in salvation... fulfilling this: Titus 3:5 (KJV) [5] Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; The fact that works are born out of a new s/Spirit that came about by God's mercy and not by works tells us what John meant: 1 John 2:19 (KJV) [19] They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us. There is simply nothing for the born of God to go back to and they will produce works but all their produce may not be kept as from God: 1 Corinthians 3:12 (KJV) [12] Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; [13] Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is. [14] If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. [15] If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire. As these are children of God and have works that burn up ... means we cannot judge with certainty their works... thus only God knows the heart and He alone is Judge! Satan wants all to rely on anything other than God ... for if your reliance is upon anything other than God, such as, works you will suffer loss but will be tested by the very fire that reveals what is kept eternally!
  22. A works based salvation is dependent upon man... A Grace based salvation is dependent upon God... It is that simple...

    BORN AGAIN

To join they have to agree to the statement of faith... when we find they do not we know they have begun on false pretenses... what a testimony to their presence...
