  1. The Lord will descend from heaven with a shout The apostle Paul wrote about the Return of the Lord Jesus Christ. “For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.” (1 Thess. 4:16-18) There is nothing in these verses that says the Lord’s Second Coming will be a quiet and secret one. After the Second Coming the saints will be with Jesus Christ forever. May I ask who are these saints coming with the Lord ? Jude 1:14 King James Version (KJV) 14 And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, They are all the believers that have died in the past 2000 years or so
  2. The dead in Christ will rise, ok which resurrection is this ? Your question suggest there are many. It would be better that you present them so we are on equal playing fields ... rather than me trying to "guess" what is in your head. Present them ... then ask the question again. The 2 resurrections spoken of in the end times that could be considered are called the first resurrection which happens at the second coming of Christ to start the 1000 year reign, or the other resurrection which happens after the 1000 year reign, just before the white throne judgment. The Bible speaks of no other resurrection that would trigger the pre-trib rapture. So with no pre-trib resurrection, there can be no pre-trib rapture. For the pre-trib rapture theory to be considered, one has to add a resurrection before the so called tribulation period.
  3. Which resurrection is it that happens with the pre-trib rapture and where can one read about it ?
  4. The dead in Christ will rise, ok which resurrection is this ?
  5. Are we going to have a false rapture ?
  6. Love the Screen Name Which Saints ? The dead in Christ
  7. Big problem with the pre-trib doctrine No resurrection of the saints prior to the second coming of Christ, ( per Rev. :20) Above courtesy of the Holy Bible
  8. There are so many saints already in tribulation in Africa, the Middle East and elsewhere in the world that the question is almost moot. Well said i wonder why are they not raptured away Because the Church/Bride has not been completed. There are still individuals who must come into the family. When the Bride is complete, the Bride will go into the Rapture. In Christ Montana Marv Marv that happens after the all the ones beheaded for not taking the mark are added, or do you think they aren't going to be part of the family.
  9. Marv the lie is that the rapture happens before the 7 year tribulation period.
  10. you say God is going to marry the Jews and Jesus is going to marry the church, or did I misread what you posted.
  11. So you don't believe the Trinity are 1
  12. " how does one seek God with all their heart " To be blunt, have you ever had a child of yours at deaths door, and you know that if you don't reach God with your prayers you will lose that child. Have you ever realized you are helpless on your own, and the only help will come from God. That is what it takes to seek God with all your heart.
  13. That may be true, but the writers of the Bible quoted it.
  14. The fall was between the creation and the flood. I could tell you to read about it in a book, but that book isn't included in the cannon.
  15. For this to be a publicity stunt, Phil and family would have to have been in on it from the beginning, I don't the Robertson's going along with such a ruse
  16. The 120 years was the amount of time,God allowed until the flood, it wasn't a mans lifespan.
  17. LETS HOPE SO !!!! shout it from the roof tops
  18. The pre-trib doctrine has to have the whole 7 years to be in the future, or a major hole is blown in their rapture theory.
  19. I think this is the year 5775, correct me if I'm wrong.
  20. Marv how is it even possible for "people" to accomplish the 6 tasks in Daniel ? How can "people" make an end of sin ? How can "people" make reconciliation for sin ? How can "people" seal up vision and prophecy ?
  21. Just because scripture describes the rapture in different books of the Bible doesn't mean (A) rapture occurs in each scripture. It just simply means there is more poetry to the event. They are using more description to describe one event, the rapture. For example, take a look at 1 Thess 4:15-17 and 1 Cor 15:51-54. These two scriptures are describing the rapture but are in different books, because God is a painter and an artist and a creator. The pieces of the puzzle are not yet finished in prophecy because God's timing is just that..it's God's. Your the one that said the rapture happens in Rev. 4 I disagree, the rapture doesn't happen until the second coming 1st Thes. says The dead in Christ rise first (a resurrection must accompany the rapture) then we which are alive and remain will be caught up with them to meet the Lord in the air. Show me another resurrection where the dead in Christ rise, other than the first resurrection, then and only then will it be possible for the rapture to happen prior to the second coming, as described in Rev. 20
  22. So everytime we see the words "come up hither" we are to assume a rapture and resurrection. I'm not the one that is confused, the resurrection in Rev.20 is called the first resurrection for a reason. That reason being, to the world the confusion that erupts when someone starts adding a resurrection to the book of Revelation other than the 2 that are described. the whole phrase ( "come up hither") is used once in proverbs 25 and twice in Revelations so does that make 3 pre-trib raptures and your telling me i'm confused
