sounds like you and I see it the same. I too think. Its is quite something how two can read a verse and think something different.

When I read these verses the picture I come up with is this; I have read explanations where people say all the telescopes will see Jesus coming and will be broadcast to the whole world that is how the whole world will be able to see him. They say this because the earth is round and one can not see around it so the only way this can happen is the use of television. I have a different version; When Jesus comes it may be that as he rides toward earth he sets a pace that will take him 3 1/2 days to get to earth. during this 3 1/2 days not a single person or government can stop him or do anything about his arrival. This deliberate pace will allow everyone to personally see him coming in the air. Rev 1:17 every eye will see him The great army of clean white linen will appear as clouds before they are in focus to people. All people on earth will morn because of him 31/2 days morning. Like the lightning he will be able to be seen day or night while on the way here This may be a crazy mixed up set of thoughts to some its the picture I have in mind.

I say your house ( not physical house ) was in order and something changed or was changed by someone. It may be a small change and it did not appear at the time to be a big deal and this could be a subtle hint to change it back. It could be something as simple as going some where after church that you just started doing. I used to go to a church and they had two congregations one came in at 8am to 10am the other started at 10am and was over at 12 noon. so if you changed you time to go to church. Someone may have come to stay a time with you and they should not be there. hope this helps. i have lived where I am over a year, I live alone. Just in the last 4 to 6 weeks I here someone whistling like in the next room. I do not think this house is haunted and not sure why I here this. The Bible tells me when you die you go to one of two places so I do not believe a dead person is here. that is out of the question.

I think it comes from the one world government spoken of by the last few presidents. Several of our last presidents have been wanting to get rid of the Constitution and have a one world government. so some think the government is behind these things. When they get the right bomb in the right place at the right time we will all Gladly accept marshal law once marshal law is in place the constitution will never return. p.s. as we all know the last two presidents had congress change what can constitute marshal so it will be easier to do when time is right of course you did not read about that in the main stream media.

You're not your'e. Lazy English is one thing but typos are another. We all make typos. I could kick myself because this morning I posted on another forum and I used the word 'there' instead of 'their'. I knew it was wrong but I failed to spot it. Too late - it was posted and there was no edit function . I too get annoyed with lazy English and I get annoyed with myself if I make mistakes. yes I am constantly making typing and spelling mistakes and it very aggravating.

Their is nothing in the Bible that says Christmas trees are prohibited.Their is no spiritual significance to having a Christmas tree.We do not idolize a Christmas tree and bow down and worship it.If you like the smell and the looks of a Christmas tree and it adds to your Christmas their is nothing wrong with that.Do you know of anything in the BIble that states otherwise? The workman take the wood/tree and carves an image. This violates the commands not to carve or mold an image. A carved image can not speak, or go anywhere. It really can't do anything. Neither evil or good as verse 5 says. It is just a carved image. Of course, the Christmas tree is not a molten or carved image, so this verse does not apply to Christmas trees. well when i read v 3 I disagree with you. in v3 there is a tree, a forest, and ax ( not a carving knife ) and it says with an ax so the work was not carved it was axed. and he related these trees to an image i.e. their dead and can do no harm or good same as an image.

Like you and this patients name I too have been thinking about someone who post here on Worthy. LOL interesting point. When they talk about animals it is always about domesticated ones. Cows, chickens, that sort of thing. But I live deer country. I am about 16 miles from town. I have deer running freely through my back yard. Along with other wild life. I can not have a garden because every year the deer eat everything I plant. Deer do not have many natural hunters to keep their population in check. Over populated deer will destroy a forest and end up starving to death for lack of food. So......if everyone became a vegan. Wolves would need to be brought in to deer country to keep the deer population in check. Since no one would be hunting them. There would be so many deer that they would be running all over the place making a muck of things. The wolves that we brought in to keep the deer under control would have a rise in their population. With all the humans that are on the Earth it would be imposable for humans to avoid contact with these wild animals. Soon we would have deer, wolves, wild hogs, bears, ect ect running through our towns and cities. Clashing with humans. In the end the wild animals would have to be put down for the safety of us humans. Wild pigs are very mean and destructive. For that reason around here they are shot on sight. So even though the vegans would not eat meat. They would have to kill wild animals or else be over run by them. Wolves running down children in our city streets. Bears breaking into houses looking for food. Deer eating all the crops now we have no food since all we eat are plants. Yep, that is how it would end. This reminds me of an old book Earth Abides. Similar things happened after airborne virus killed most. rats took over the cats then other animals. good read

All those Jews had Moses and the prophets and The Old Law and before Jesus came to earth it was the way to heaven. Jesus was teaching they did not need the Old Law to get to heaven anymore they could come straight to Jesus now instead of continuing in the Old law; they rejected the new way i.e. ye receive not our witness.

Before Jesus came to earth the whole world had Moses and the prophets as a way to Heaven ( God ). Many people came and accepted this way ( using Moses and the prophets ( old law ) that were not Jewish or Israelites. Many were Jews and Israelites. You are right we do not know if the rich man was a believer and it does not matter that we do not know. For many centuries before Christ came to earth anyone on earth had the chance to believe in Moses and the prophets many chose not to. During the time Jesus was on earth he began to teach a new way way ( you now can go straight to Jesus and be saved without most of the old law hindering you. ) In a since they had what we have ( one way to heaven ). So once a person dies we believe it is to late to choose the right way whether it be Moses and the prophets of old law or today we can go straight to Jesus Christ. Jesus was telling the rich man his 5 brothers already have a way to escape what the rich man was experiencing and if they would not believe in the old law they will joining him. Jesus already knew he was going to be killed and he would rise again and many people would not believe he had risen from the dead. same scenario

It seems to me he ( Jesus ) is saying I come first before ANY human; period. And any human that disagrees should not be listened to; period. That is how i read it.
