I would just like to share with you all what our church is doing on Wednesday nights! We are all getting together outside for a Bible study then a cook out. The adults and the kids. Everyone is to bring whatever they like to put on the grill, and anything else they would like to eat. Then we play outdoor games like kick ball and anything else you can do outside. Or if your like me, you can sit and visit with one another. I went last night and had a great time! I love being outside! Looking into the sunset as the pastor reads the Bible! Then the kids get to run around and jump up and down and be kids! I have not been going on Wednesday nights. But now, I am thinking about going again next Wednesday night!

Dose any of this sounds like the book 1984? It has been a while since I read the book but I think I recall some where it said something like; if the gov. says something is a word then it is and word and if the gov. says something is not a word then suddenly that word is removed and everyone acts as if the word never was. There is some really strange stuff going on. Really.

For me it is deer! Deer eat everything in my garden! One night I open up the back door and there they were! Five to six deer feeding on my garden! Then they run into your cars while you drive. My husband hit two with the car and one with the jeep. The one he hit with the jeep didn't die right away and it was the saddest thing ever to see that poor thing rolling around on the ground like that. By the time I got out to help it had died. Then there are the raccoons. They eat my corn. But they are kind of cute. Oh and then the groundhogs. They eat everything too. I hear you on the cats. The ones that people put out. They do that here and they all show up at my place meowing like they live here. I tell them "Go away you don't live here and I am not the cat lady!"Back when we lived in the country in nowhere land, one day the neighbor's pony and goat got out and come over to my place and ate my tomatoes. Then their pig got out and chased me around the yard! People think that is funny for some reason. Well I think that's it.

I would rather not tell other married people what they are suppose to be doing. Everyone and every marriage is different. My mother in law got onto my husband(her son) for going to the movies on his own when I wanted to say home. I have no issue if my husband wants to go see a movie on his own. Like wise my husband has no issue if I want to go to see a movie on my own. But my mother in law said that if one does not want to go, then you both have to stay home. Because that is what she and her husband dose so that is what we are suppose to do. We did not agree. So when it comes to other people's marriage. I feel it is best for me to stay out of it unless I am ask by the married couple for my advice. As for your question who makes the final call in the marriage. My answer is it is bass on who has the better ideal? If my husband wants to sell everything we own and go live in a cave in the woods because he thinks it would be fun. I would not be going alone with that. Like wise I think the husband should consider the feelings of his wife on matters. Even if she goes along with it, she may have hidden resentment and anger at her husband. Especially if things don't go as they should. If you think my answers are not the right answers, then I guess it is good that you and I did not marry each other.

It's all well. Lets just move on to the next topic.

Maybe offended wasn't the right word. Maybe it is because a few years ago I had a load of bad stuff happen to me and my family that was beyond our control. The short of it is the company my husband worked for close up. Then he was hired by a guy to do work for his company. Then when the work was done, that guy let my husband go and refuse to pay him for his work. So this and that happen and I would hear all the time people telling me that you have to be responsible. That is why you are in the mess you are in because you are not responsible. No. We are in the mess we were in because some low life did not pay for the work that was done. As it turn out he was putting the money he was suppose to be paying his workers into other project. We were not the only ones who did not get paid. So that in a nutshell was what happen. And all the while people keep saying to me you lost everything because you were not responsible. I'm sorry. It is just a personal thing with me.

I understand what you are saying MG. I always feel uneasy when I see post on here about food stamps or what not. It should be handle with kindness as none of us know what anyone on here is going through. I too have known people who take advantage of the system. And for someone already in the system to keep having child after child when they can not care for the ones they already have is being foolish. I think it would all work better if it was more of a case by case. Instead of a cut all or all for all if you know what I mean. I think churches should do more to help and not with just handing things out, but finding out how they can help a person help themselves. I think that most people do want to work. And I think that people sometimes get stuck in the system and don't know how to get out. Well those are my feelings. Carry on.

Too bad that I am offended?

I didn't see where it says they got jobs. Did it say? I don't know. Unknown to many people, there are working people who qualify for food stamps. This ideal that people are not being responsible is offensive to me. Sometimes stuff happens in life. Your job cuts your hrs, someone gets sick. You find yourself in a place you never thought you would be.

What I want to know is why would any one stop off at home while on a date and take a shower? If I got that dirty on a date I would say "well date is over now I need to go home."

Does not bother me. I am loyal to no network. I am seeking the truth just like everyone else here is doing. If four years from now my life is better because of Mr. Trump. Then I will say "good job Mr. President." As for the here and now I am not sure it will go that way. Will just have to wait and see.
