I have decided not to observe christmas and easter any more as i believe these to be pagan holidays. There is a scripture in the old testament that is against adorning trees with silver and gold but I cant remember the whole verse but to my mind this scripture is against adorning trees of any kind with decorations. Also in the bible in the new testament gospels it talks about the wise men taking gifts to the child but this did not happen when Jesus was a baby as I believe Him to be about 2 years old when the three wise men visited Him with gifts. If you dont beleive me then just read the gospels for yourselves regarding the birth of Jesus. Also Jesus was born in either September/October time so why celebrate someones birthday a couple of months later this does not make sense surely not. Christmas is pagan as far as I am concerned and most of us have gone to far in going overboard leading into materialism when it comes to Christas and Easter and gorging ourselves on food which is not good. Easter is also a pagan holiday and honestly were does bunnies and easter eggs come into the equasion and hot cross buns honestly, I mean get real. Easter is not mentioned in the bible apart from the mistake of the word in the kings james version. Passover is from Wednesday until saturday and this is stated in the Word of God and please seriously read this and check it out for yourselves. There are lots of pagan holidays that are celebrated including valentines day, st patricks day may day and possibly others too. So please be careful on what you take on board in your lives and concentrate on what the Word of God says and we should be observing the holy holidays as stated in the Bible.

I believe a church service to be a legally binding marriage to be in the eyes of God. A ceremony within a court or other legal building is just a formality to be done which is the law today especially if you have been married before. If you are married to a non believer and had a ceremony but you both wanted to get married again in the eyes of God then I see nothing wrong with this at all. Blessings Page

I dont know if the anti christ will have a religious system or not and where he will come from I have no idea it could be the middle east or even America - in time we will find out more about who the anti christ is and this person is certainly in residence somewhere in this world we live in. He is no doubt already operating though I dont believe it will be too long before we find out who it is. There is a lot of speculation going around as to who it is but we will find out. blessings Page

I personally think that you should go over to your spouses surname and lose your own maiden name. Perhaps I am just old fashioned but I think that once you leave your parents and cleave to your husband then you should use your husbands name.

I dont agree with long distance relationships especially if you are seperated for long periods and I just dont see how these relationships are to survive. Even as believers we should not be seperated from our spouse for too long and besides which these kind of long distance relationships are not healthy. Answering the previous question unless you are completed grounded in the Word of God and have a solid relationship with your spouse then you could be prone to having an affair or certainly the thoughts could certainly be there that is if your relationship is not rock solid.

I have to say that I have come out of legalism in the fact that I followed torah big time and I was bound by legalistic views sadly and I am thankful to have come away from this. When i was going down the torah route I was coming away from our father and my relationship with Him was not good at all but thankfully now I am back in the truth of Gods grace

I personally would not recommend pirate bay as this is illegal and downloading anything from there is not right including bibles. Anyways believers should not be on pirate bay anyways surely!
