  1. quote name="other one" post="2033628" timestamp="1385325334"] the people that I have dealt with who work with Christians having problems with demons tell me that they consider us kind of like a big hotel on the top of a hill. Each room can be lighted with the Holy Spirit, but if there is any unconfessed habitual sins within the Christian, it's kind of like emptying that part of your life from the Holy Spirit and the light in that room goes out. Within those rooms, demons can attach themselves and make havoc in the lives of the Christian...... it also hurts their ability to spread the gospel because people see their lights dimly. They also tell me that it is nearly impossible to rid the person of the demonic activity for any length of time if the sin is not dealt with first. As long as we have sin in our lives we will have to deal with demonic forces. If you deal with the sin, you can order the demons away from you yourself for we all have authority to do so in Jesus name. If you keep the sin, they don't seem to be obligated to leave. You should never cast a demon out of a non believer who is not ready to invite Jesus to be his Lord and accept the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. You are really doing a great injustice to the person for the demons will not leave him alone after you leave. Non believers do not have authority over the spiritual realm and are helpless in dealing with demonic forces.
  2. Yes he is and Amen!! was like once on a Hiking trip, I came to a peak and as I crested I could see the most beautiful valley with a river running through, I was on this trip with a couple of friends who I did not know were Christian. As I came to the peak and a warm wind blew through me and the smell of the flowers just made me take pause, and I said aloud for no apparent reason, this is where you are Lord this is where God is.. Then I was startled by a voice behind me, as it said AMEN! Praise God! I snapped around and there stood my good friend Matt, we just smiled at one another, paused to take in Gods wonders for a few minutes and proceeded on our hike, never once in all the years we had known one another did we know the other was a Christian. I think we gravitate to one another and somehow we know without knowing.. Very Strange. God Bless.
  3. I never met many people at the Racetrack who were not of faith. God is what allows most of us to do what we do, I know without him, no way could I have done the things I have.. We used to joke and say Jesus was our Apex, and our braking marker, and if you didn't obey, and listen to him he would call you in early and black flag you and THAT you didn't want to happen. I would say RIP, but Paul is a busy man now, and God let him send the ultimate message to the young, the same lesson I learned many years ago. Like here in this practice video, I was in my 40's when I shot this, I was helping the younger guys find the lines and towing them during sessions, its what I Love to do. See you soon Paul! I will take you for a ride! God Bless,
