Leviticus 19: "Be Ye Holy for I AM HOLY"
1to3 replied to Jacob Ben Avraham's topic in Understanding Hebrew Roots
You proved my point : 2 Peter 3:14-18 14) Therefore, beloved, looking forward to these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, without spot and blameless; (15) and consider that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation—as also our beloved brother Paul, according to the wisdom given to him, has written to you, (16) as also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things, in which are some things hard to understand, which untaught and unstable people twist to their own destruction, as they do also the rest of the Scriptures. (17) You therefore, beloved, since you know this beforehand, beware lest you also fall from your own steadfastness, being led away with the error of the wicked; (18) but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory both now and forever. Amen. Verse 14 mentions peace, yet when Christ returns as the Captain of heaven's armies—as the chapter proclaims—there will be war. The iniquity of the world will be full, and He will fight against those opposed to Him. Peter counsels us to ensure that when He returns, He finds us at peace with Him rather than in opposition. That may sound obvious, but consider how it might apply. If we are opposed to the requirements of God's law, then we are not at peace with the Lawgiver. If we are angry with God for some reason, we are not at peace. If we disagree with God's reaction or non-reaction or overall management of His creation, then we are not at peace with Him. There can be as many applications as there are individuals, because wherever carnality exists, a measure of enmity remains (Romans 8:7). Peace with God depends on our trusting Him absolutely with our lives. Only then will we not take His words and actions as being hostile toward us, and we will not be hostile toward Him because we trust Him to have our best interests in mind. If our faith—trust—slips, then peace with God begins to fracture. Peter observes that some of the things Paul writes are hard to understand and that people tend to use Paul's writings in particular in a destructive way. Even today, Paul is falsely known as a champion of a no-works theology, and his writings are cited to say that God's law has been abolished. Twisting Paul's writings in that way is what will cause destruction, because when the Judge returns, He will use His law as the basis of judgment. Peter leaves us with these final thoughts: You therefore, beloved, since you know this beforehand, beware lest you also fall from your own steadfastness, being led away with the error of the wicked; but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. (II Peter 3:17-18) Matthew 5:17- Christ Jesus said: Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. The apostle warns against being deceived by all the things he talks about in this chapter, and his warning probably includes the previous chapter. As the saying goes, “Forewarned is forearmed.” Paul prophesies, though, that some are going to depart from the faith (I Timothy 4:1). We have seen that happen. To keep it from happening to us, Peter counsels us to focus on growing in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ. He refers to the completion of the repentance or conversion process and our pursuit of salvation to its conclusion. Jesus is not delaying His coming. He is giving us time to put our houses in order so that we can respond correctly to the work He has begun in us. As Peter says, “To Him be the glory both now and forever. Amen.” -
From the answers given, I can SEE those who are looking for the slippery slide away from Gods Word to suit their carnal wants and look for ways to discard some bible scripture that would otherwise condemn their actions. I am also relieved to see and appreciated those who wrote understanding the danger of disobeying Christ Jesus and Gods Word willingly. Especially when placing oneself in the context of being a Bible believing Christian ministry, one has to be a shining example of being obedient to His Word Today there are so many claiming they are a bible believing christian ministry, while at the same time they continue to live a very worldly lifestyle. We as Christians are called to be separate from the world.; 2 Corinthians 6:17-18 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.And will be a Father unto you, ... Romans 12:2: 2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. But if you look closely, you see them some claiming to be bible believing ministries preach only certain passages while avoiding others that would show they are in error. I see many false christian ministries on line , who are leading many astray with their teachings. Gods Word has not changed. It remains until all is accomplished. If you say you love me Christ Jesus said: be obedient to my word. To be obedient to His Word seems to be something many overlook, yet Christ Jesus did not change, is the same yesterday today, tomorrow. All of Holy Scripture is to teach , convict reproof.... 2Tim. 3 Verses 16 to 17 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: [17] That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works. John 14:15- Christ Jesus said: “If you love me, you will obey my commandments. I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, who will stay with you forever.

Are GODS ELECT truly those REJECTING Him today? Those rejecting Christ Jesus today are those who don't truly love Him. If they truly loved Him, they would seek Him and His Word daily and keep His commandments and be obedient to His Word. John 14:15- Christ Jesus said: “If you love me, you will obey my commandments. I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, who will stay with you forever ------------------------------------------------------ The New covenant is that Christ Jesus came to fulfill the LAW. Matthew 5:17- Christ Jesus said: Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. The two commandments that Christ Jesus gave, Christ Jesus also stated encompass the 10 commandments Matthew 22:36-40 36 Master, which is the great commandment in the law? 37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

Matthew 5:19 Christ Jesus said: …18For I tell you truly, until heaven and earth pass away, not a single jot, not a stroke of a pen, will disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished. 19 So then, whoever breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do likewise will be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever practices and teaches them will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. John 14:15- Christ Jesus said: “If you love me, you will obey my commandments. I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, who will stay with you forever. -

I guess it would also work if you can also grate the soap and place in spray bottle with water and spray on clothes boots skin? 1 part of grated Fels Naptha to 2 parts water warmed on the stove until all combined. Cool and place in spray bottle.

Revelation 7:1-8 – God’s People Are Marked with a Seal Revelation says that the redeemed bear a seal on their foreheads. The seal consists of the names of God and the Lamb and shows that the redeemed belong to God (Revelation 14:1). The seal is presumably not a visible one but a way of indicating that people find their identity in relationship to God and Christ. This seal or relationship does not mean that people are exempt from all earthly suffering, but it does show that God has claimed them and gives them the promise of life everlasting. John hears that those who are sealed number 144,000 from the 12 tribes of IsraelThe patriarch Jacob fathered twelve sons who became the ancestors the Twelve Tribes of Israel. Divisive political conditions led to a separation of these united tribes into the Northern and Southern Kingdoms after the death of Solomon in 931 B.C.E More (7:4), but when he turns to look at them he discovers that they are actually a countless multitude from every tribe and nation (7:9). The 144,000 are not a special ethnic group. The imagery describes the whole people of God. The seal that they bear is the opposite of the mark of the beast, which is introduced in Revelation 13:11-18.

No the Mark of the beast will be something that is taken internally , hence why it is writtne the have drunk of... that implies injestion =internally taken within
-
You need to re-read, those who will not have accepted the Mark , they are the remnant of God, they remain pure from the Mark of the Beast. Thay remain sealed By Gods Mark for their faithfulness in Him and His Word. They are the 144.oo0 however you choose to understand who they are they are from the descendants of the tribes faithful to God that God mentioned in scripture. They are the ones who will go under sever persecution from the luciferian governments. they will not have partaken in the Mark of the Beast, hence why they are saved.

Some people even here on Worthy Forums can no longer SEE how Perverse it is to accept onto their own bodies ( that belong to God) a serum that contain aborted fetal cell tissue, ( regardless of what year it was taken)( the babies hat where extracated from the mothers womb where alive when they removed the, the parts, the cells and then they killed the alive baby) plus animal tissue amongst other gene editing crisper tech that is involved and that is very unnatural and goes contrary to God perfect creation. Can you not SEE the CORRUPTION??? this is how far reprobate the minds of mankind have become. They can nolonger SEE the Corruption of their doings,.

Hello @tatwo , I just go tback home still need to unpack suff brin it into the home, unload stuff but took a look at your answer from the first reply, will read more later... but just to say concerning the first post in reply back to me is this: Yes from reading Holy Scripture, God is Merciful but there is a point of no return. Not Gods fault. The soul that keeps on sinning become reprobate= no longer God given morally able to decipher right from wrong what sin does to the human who continues deliberately in sin? without repenting? The more you sin and know you are sinning and choose froma stand point of pride to not even try to repnent to GOd of moral shortcommings, the more deluded you get, and the more deluded you get , you slowly drift further and further from Gods wisdom, from Gods Morality, Mercy &Grace . GOD is always AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE US WHEN WE CALL ON HIM FOM THE DEEPH OF OUR SOUL & FALLEN STATE, BUT THE THING IS, WHEN SIN being convicted and not repented from within, that is, THE FURTHER SIN COMES AROUND AND ALSO DOES NOT GET REPENTED THEN GOD ALSO FURTHERS Himself AND DRIFTS APART FROM US. Not because He is Mean or unjuist. But on the Contrary Because God IS HOLY and CANNOT DWELL IN unholiness. Look agan 1 to John ch1 That is why when God sent His only begotten son To SHED HIS HOLY and PURE BLOOD over the sins of mankind that comes to God in repentance TO COVER US FROM SIN and Make US ACCEPTABLE in The sight of GOd ALMIGHTY NOT BECAUSE GOD DON'T LOVE YOU , that people will go to hell, BUT BECAUSE God CANNOT LIVE IN A STATE OF DARKNESS. God is HOLY and darkness cannot live in His Holy light. Look at a dark room and open a match of light, the light swallows up the darkness. Because Light overpowers darkness all the time. God is in ITS Fullness of BEING the TRUE LIGHT satan the false light bearer cannot compare EVER to GOD AS GOD IS CREATOR OF ALL even fallen lucifer He alone is PURE, but in His Mercy and GRACE sent His only begotten Son - Christ Jesus to bring us back to Him through Christs BLOOD covering that was shed on the cross at Calvary to make us acceptable in His HOLY sight. Without the HOLY Blood covering of Christ Jesus, our bridge to God, we cannot ever come back to God.

Hello @tatwo, you wrote a lot, I will try and answer some but I must go about doing thing today in my personal life, so may not be able to respond back as quickly. But in regards to your first paragraph. We are ALL sinners until we come into repentance through Christ Jesus and even then we continue to grow in Him becoming more and more the child of God through the Holy Spirit working in our hearts, transforming us,teaching us, chastizing us, cleaning us as we keep walking and being in relationship with Him. Those truly in Christ Jesus: look to parable of the Sower. Those who have yet to find salvation in Christ Jesus still have time to find him while they are alive. -------------------------- The difference here is that those who have not found Salvation in Christ and take the Mark of the Beast, they will have sealed their fate as they will be completely given over transformed over to the Beast system where salvation will no longer be available to them while alive. If you look at the book of rev I4 it mention this:Revelarion ch14 8 And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication. 9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, 10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: 11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name. it also mention in rev: they will rather than repent, curse God. something drastically changes in the human being that was once created in the likeliness of God when they will take the Mark of the Beast. there is no going back, Just like the garden of Eden, there was no going back once they disobeyed God,Everything change in them and around them. That iswhy all born have an active sin nature in them . that is why Christ came back to redeem us of the power of sin so it no longer has a hold on us through His Holy blood Sacrifice done on the cross now working those us who have come into repentance with Him and made the free will decision to follow Him and His Ways, His ways are not the ways ofthe world. We as christian are called to be separate from this world, not partake with the sins of this world. to become Holy as He is Holy The bible speaks of the SEAL of GOD that true followers of Christ Jesus have The Mark of the Beast is the counterfeit Mark that whoever enters into agreement with by taking the Mark inside their bodies has placed their allegiance with the Luciferian beast system Rather than thinking of repenting, they will curse God instead Revelation 16:11 The First Six Bowls of Wrath …10And the fifth angel poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast, and its kingdom was plunged into darkness, and men began to gnaw their tongues in anguish 11and curse the God of heaven for their pains and sores; yet they did not repent of their deeds. 12And the sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up to prepare the way for the kings of the East.… God will give His wisdom to Those That follow Him. Now the other subject matter that is controversial argument : will Christians be taken in rapture before the beast system if fully implemented so they will not face the horrors of that time or will they face this time of tribulation as well. Some think that there will be no rapture and the Christians will have to endure and be martyred in those days for not accepting the mark and therefore not being able live well at all as they won't be able to able buy or sell, keep their property etc... So IDK IF there is a pre rapture or NOT before the Mark is fully implemented. I sure would like it to be, but from reading a lot from those pointing is will not happen. I am left unsure either way. That is to be seen. But that is ok,either way as Christians we have to make sure we are truly living in Christ as Paul says make you salvation a sure thing.: live right according to His WORD, practice a daily living relationship with God, live Holy as He is Holy, Christ Jesus says this, he also Says Hi you truly love me obey my commandments. that is living in faith/faithful true love for Christ Jesus. Gods promise to us is if we do so HIS will He will direct our path. Prov. 3 Verses 5 to 6 [5] Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. [6] In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths.

Thank you Farouk giving Romans ch7 as reference. The Word of God works together, the gospels and Pauline Epistles like Romans work together, they do not contradict the meaning of intent, the four gospel Math, Mark Luke John explain into clarity the meaning and intend of Gods Word Yes those redeemed by The Mercy and Grace of our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus have receive Mercy & Grace when we come into repentance to Him as Holy sacrifices for His Mercy and Grace and give our lives over to Him but that does not give us FREE licence to go on sinning, as Christ Jesus told the woman at the well, you are free but go and sin no more lest a worse sin befall you. Look to Romans ch12:1 12. [1] I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. If we understand Grace as giving us licence to sin and keep living in sin than we are deceiving out own selves. Look to 1John ch1

Thank you John for giving the story of the woman caught in the act of adultery and the Jews who caught her where trying to stone her until Christ Jesus came and said :who is without sin cast the first stone, and because everyone has sin in them, each one dropped the stone and walked away. then Christ Jesus said to the woman caught in adultery that NOW she was free and to keep being free from being in the state of SIN to SIN NO MORE lest a worse happens. So Yes God says He forgives Adultery, WITH repentance=Turning AWAY FROM SIN Math ch5 and ch19 do not contradict John ch8 In the gospel of Math ch5, 19 explaining the sanctity of marriage, to be married to ONE wife, ONE husband and if you choose to leave the marriage other than the grounds of adultery, that you should NOT re-marry but remain single at least until your first spouse passes away. Because there is Sanctity in Marriage, vows where taken that are binding and to be respected Paul continues to explain the sanctity of marriage and of the vows taken that bind the couple together as one, that if you decide to overlook this and re-mary anyway, you are placing your new husband or wife in a state of ACTIVE adultery.=Actively sinning So we need to understand the context of John 1 and Math5 and 19. If you look closely they do not contradict one another they work together. Gods Word is flowing with purpose for those walking in Christ Jesus :to walk Holy as He is Holy. Thank you for taking the time to present a bible verse of Johnch8 witch does not give the woman caught in ACTIVE adultery licence to sin again but rather to put away sin by sinning no more lest something worse happens.

John 14:18-31 I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you. “A little while longer and the world will see Me no more, but you will see Me. Because I live, you will live also. At that day you will know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you.

Hello Starise; Philippians 3:13-14 Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.
-
Thank you ChristB4us, I very much appreciate your having taken the time to reply and with content and scripture. You wrote it so well, and this is how I also understand it as well. Thank you for sharing scripture to point how a christian should live and what we should be looking towards and striving for especially when choosing a church to follow and partake in agreement with.
-
Hello Just Clay thank you so much for your reply. You have written and explained things clear, and I agree with all that you mentioned. And I think especially also in choosing which church we enter in agreement with, as you said Satan is busy deceiving many. And I agree each of us is responsible for what we read and listen to and who we choose to come into agreement with and sow into as well. I posted a few month the question: would you stay in a church if you knew the pastor was a freemason. For sure only God knows the hearts of a person, but when you SEE red flag(s) popping up,( things being said or happening going contrary to Gods Word) maybe it is wise to do more research, investigate further before getting oneself further involved, implicated in agreement with such a church. And I mean it (sin) can seem so subtle. And that is how satan moves in within a church that is twisting Gods Word while allowing those in charge to continue living in their sin and not facing up to their sin(s) (because nobody questions them or those that do question them are very quickly silenced , and so because their is no church accountability to what they are doing the sin continues and effect also the congregation. Th bigger danger I see are those ( are those folks who don't know yet enough of Gods Word that come into such a church and begin to partake, partner in agreement with them. Because much of what they say will be truth but with subtle untruths that can only be detected by discernment from the Holy Spirit and knowing God Word to be able to quickly detect the deceit of sin. In this post I bring up the question of adultery referring to Math 5 and Math19. And from what I understand is that if you married divorced, or lived common law for many years and left your partner for other reasons than adultery from your partner, and your former husband or wife is still alive and then get yourself hooked up married once again with another, (from what Math 5 and ch19 says: you then cause your new spouse to be in a state of adultery. When repenting and beginning new in Christ Jesus, yes God forgives but nevertheless we are left to assume the responsibility of the choices we made in our past, be grateful for Gods forgiveness of past sins yet remain single and not remarry ( until your first spouse passes away ) so to remain TRUE and OBEDIENT to HIS WORD. That is how I understand it. I have found a christian pastor who has a sermon on this subject matter, and explains it much better than I can. The following pastors view of ch5 ad ch19 I understand the same way. title found on youtube: The Truth About... Marriage, Divorce and Remarriage

Before you continue to try to shame me and falsely accuse me of Judgment, when I am trying to seek clarity to whether we should respect and obey Gods Word or Not when it concerns Math5 and Math 19 @other one by your statement: so unless we know for certain it isn't the work of the Holy Spirit we should not take Jesus's place and judge. Answer me this then Does the Holy Spirit honour and work throught adultery ? Does the Holy Spirit ALIGN with Math 5, and Math 19 or NOT? And if you can please give back up your answers with scripture coming from the bible.

At this point all I can say is these new gene therapies that are pushed on us, and they NOT safe as they have been saying. There are a lot of professionals in the medical field who have spoken out on the dangers and also lost their jobs, lives because of speaking out against the new gene therapies that the UN RESET world wide dictate as people also or their loved ones have come out to speak their experience of there loved ones who have died or been maimed from these jabs, that main stream media has tried to keep hidden But the Truth will come out . Just keep watch and look at the signs of these times we are living in. Align all with Gods Word, cultivate a daily living relationship with Him as that is your REAL compass and warning and guidance. Not only are they wanting to manipulate our bodies, they are now trying to modify/change : Steal, Kill, Destroy all of Gods creation . This new Luciferian World government wants all under their sole control. Its happening NOW , and has been many years in the planning and development They are now able control, modify the weather, cause earthquakes, tsunamis, make it rain, snow, bring drought. but accuse the innocent of polluting everything and trying to control, shame them into limiting their freedom to just live, farm, eat healthy when they are the biggest polluters destroying Gods creation. They are now lazer fraquing for crypto mining, POLLUTING destroying aquatic life and the wells on people homes who live near by are being destroyed. The water shortage that will come will be by their own making They now structuring and implementing to make 15 min smart cities. They want to imprison us and survey us 24/7 Please don't get angry with me, do your own research and don't trust anyone 100% complete as man is fallible, but do go forth and research for yourself and question everything . God alone is to be trusted. I don't have all the answers, hence why its good to discuss things on a forum board such as these on Worthy. In Christ Jesus 1to3
