To be CHRIST-like is to love the sinners,but there are Christian groups or churches that embrace their sinful acts...look at the Episcopal church that elected an openly gay minister awhile back.Even the Methodist church just defocked an openly gay woman minister.They knew she was gay when they elected her.The problem is that these churches arent helping,they are hurting the truth.Instead of telling people that what they are doing is wrong,they are giving the impression it is ok.Love the sinner yes,but tell them,in love,the consequences of their sins.It's not our judgement but the Word of GOD judges their actions.JESUS did tell those people....go and sin no more.

I have seen stuff by this guy thats pure blasphemy but he needs our prayers.GOD doesn't want this person to go to hell even though we may hate the guy we need to love him.GOD open his eyes to the truth before it's eternally to late.

First look at what a yoke is.There are several definitions.....one def....that which binds or connects;a bond(the yoke of love).If one is yoked then they are joined,coupled or linked.It can also mean an oppressive force or an influence.Another is a frame fitted to one's shoulders and designed at each end to carry a burden. If we take upon ourselves the yoke of the LORD we take upon ourselves the tasks of a Christian.Where the yoke of the world is heavy,JESUS said HIS yoke is easy and the burdens we will carry will be lighter than the burdens we carry for this world.With HIS yoke comes PEACE.Also with HIS yoke comes direction or guidence(just like the farmer's oxen who would stay on the right track while plowing).We are also bound to HIM through HIS yoke.If we take a look at the definition of this simple word we can understand HIS meaning.I hope this helps some.Be blessed.

The sons of GOD refers to the godly line of Seth(some would argue this point).JESUS said later in the new testament that we would be like the angels.....not given in marriage.This would indicate that the angels were "A" sexual(not male or female,once again some would argue this point).

Dr.Rogers was indeed a man of GOD.I have heard several sermons by him.One that really stuck with me was the time he was given the chance to witness to Mohammad Ali.He had a friend who knew Ali and set up a meeting with him at a local hotel.Dr.Rogers said that they got to Ali's room and the "champ" was lying in bed with a tub of ice cream on his belly.Dr. Rogers set down on the edge of the bed and they began to talk about different subjects.At the end of Dr. Roger's message he made the statement,"Only GOD could have put him in the same bed with Mohommad Ali." May the LORD bring comfort and peace to the Rogers' family.

Worthy is a prayer answered.I have often times ask the LORD to break down that wall of "shyness"that keeps me from being a better witness to others.GOD answered by allowing me to be a part of this wonderful ministry.I can witness to others without being "backwards or shy".Worthy has given me a chance to meet some very special people.I have so many wonderful brothers and sisters here.I love them with all my heart.I know that when things are going rough I can always look for some encouraging words or prayers here.I thank GOD for this special place. Church to be sold on eBay The Associated Press October 15, 2005 9:51 AM REDKEY, IND. -- A church congregation plans to sell their vacant former church on eBay to raise money for victims of Hurricane Katrina. Bidding on the former North Meridian United Methodist Church will start at $1, the Rev. Randy Davis said. Bidding will begin Monday and end Oct. 27. Davis is pastor of Redkey United Methodist Church, which was formed in December when members of North Meridian and Main Street United Methodist churches voted to combine. The new congregation uses the larger Main Street building in the town of about 1,400 about 15 miles northeast of Muncie. Church members recently voted to sell the old 7,000-square-foot church, furnishings and parking lot on the online auction site. They will donate the proceeds to hurricane relief through the United Methodist Committee on Relief. "I don't think many people have tried something like this," Davis said. "But we just thought this is the way to go. It'll widen the market for us." Some of the old church's furnishings, including pews, will be auctioned separately.

The LORD's prayer is indeed a guideline on how to pray but we have to remember the purpose of it.JESUS' disciples asked HIM how to pray because they didnt know how.They were probly so used to hearing the way the Pharisees prayed and thought that was the only way.JESUS told them not to pray like the Pharisees did.To stay away from vainful praying.Sometimes the LORD'S prayer is used incorrectly or is just used as a memorized prayer without knowing what to pray for.Look at the Pharisee and the publican praying in the temple.One prayed...me,me,me...the other prayed LORD forgive me.Prayer begins within the heart...the condition of the heart.

True but what does 1 John 5:16-17 talking about?All sin is serious and indeed needs to be covered by the blood but do the punishments vary?
