I've no idea about aeronautical programs for fighters. However, I do hope this isn't a decision that backfires. Jesus stating, no one can come to him but the Father calls them. That Father knew us before we were in the womb. All speaks to God's characteristics of omniscience, eternal knowledge, and omnipresence, eternally present in all things.
