  1. Dennis, I was pulling the guy's chain. Don't take anything I said in all of page 11 literally. I just noticed you had written a post to me. Thanks for commenting.
  2. That's why we say they're lost and need Jesus.
  3. I'm anxious and ready to go. But I would rather go via the rapture instead of going through the process of dying cause I'm a coward. Not afraid of death, just scare of dying. Ephesians 2:19 New King James Version (NKJV) 19 Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, Philippians 3:20 New King James Version (NKJV) 20 For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, 2 Corinthians 5:1 New King James Version (NKJV) 5 For we know that if our earthly house, this tent, is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. Hebrews 11:16 New King James Version (NKJV) 16 But now they desire a better, that is, a heavenly country. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for He has prepared a city for them. Hebrews 13:14 New King James Version (NKJV) 14 For here we have no continuing city, but we seek the one to come. Hebrews 11:10 New King James Version (NKJV) 10 for he waited for the city which has foundations, whose builder and maker is God.
  4. Instead of this, make the cereal look like little crosses and fishes like this one. Then I'll end up where Yown is.
  5. That's actually a good idea. But try showing them verses like these for now. And in a translation the executives at Kellogg want to hear and can understand. They might even promote you to CEO.....the same day. 2 Corinthians 9:11 Easy-to-Read Version (ERV) 11 God will make you rich in every way so that you can always give freely. And your giving through us will make people give thanks to God. Philippians 4:19 Easy-to-Read Version (ERV) 19 My God will use his glorious riches to give you everything you need. He will do this through Christ Jesus. Proverbs 10:22 Easy-to-Read Version (ERV) 22 It is the Lord’s blessing that brings wealth, and no hard work can add to it. John 14:14 Easy-to-Read Version (ERV) 14 If you ask me for anything in my name, I will do it. Psalm 37:4 Easy-to-Read Version (ERV) 4 Enjoy serving the Lord, and he will give you whatever you ask for. Just make sure to hide verses like these in the vault........for now, until they understand. Matthew 6:24 Easy-to-Read Version (ERV) 24 “You cannot serve two masters at the same time. You will hate one and love the other, or you will be loyal to one and not care about the other. You cannot serve God and Money at the same time. Proverbs 23:4 Easy-to-Read Version (ERV) 4 Don’t ruin your health trying to get rich. If you are smart, you will give it up. 1 Timothy 6:10 Easy-to-Read Version (ERV) 10 The love of money causes all kinds of evil. Some people have turned away from what we believe because they want to get more and more money. But they have caused themselves a lot of pain and sorrow. Mark 12:41-44 Easy-to-Read Version (ERV) 41 Jesus sat near the Temple collection box and watched as people put money into it. Many rich people put in a lot of money. 42 Then a poor widow came and put in two very small copper coins, worth less than a penny. 43 Jesus called his followers to him and said, “This poor widow put in only two small coins. But the truth is, she gave more than all those rich people. 44 They have plenty, and they gave only what they did not need. This woman is very poor, but she gave all she had. It was money she needed to live on.” 2 Corinthians 9:6-7 Easy-to-Read Version (ERV) 6 Remember this: The one who plants few seeds will have a small harvest. But the one who plants a lot will have a big harvest. 7 Each one of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give. You should not give if it makes you unhappy or if you feel forced to give. God loves those who are happy to give.
  6. Something just crossed my mind as I was logging. For all those Christians going through hell in their life right now even though they believe they're being good and doing good but don't understand why life is a big chaos after becoming a Christian. Believe it or not, you guys are the lucky ones. Your answers is right here. Revelation 2:9-10 New King James Version (NKJV) 9 “I know your works, tribulation, and poverty (but you are rich); and I know the blasphemy of those who say they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan. 10 Do not fear any of those things which you are about to suffer. Indeed, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested, and you will have tribulation ten days. Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life. It's like what happened to Job. You're being tested right now because God has chosen you for a relationship. And He wants you not having to go through the coming tribulation (Daniel's 70th week). The devil will throw everything at you to prove you don't love God. So just hold onto your faith and love God even more when times get worst. It'll help speed up the process and end the test sooner. I've been a Christian for 43 years and had a fantasy and successful life ahead of me in my career. I didn't receive the HS till 5 years ago in 2012. But before God sent me the HS, God put me to the test for 12 years before 2012 and it was a living hell. Suicide was the best solution, but He wouldn't let me kill myself to end my misery. Now I know why it all happened, and receiving the HS was the best thing that ever happened to me. Well worth the lose and suffering I endured. Just my testimony cause I know how bad it is for those going through their own times of trial and tribulation.
  7. No, this is very very wrong and nowhere will you find this in the bible. People do not receive the HS by merely believing and confessing Jesus is Lord. if this was so, demons would also have the HS. Matthew 8:28-29 New King James Version (NKJV) 28 When He had come to the other side, to the country of the Gergesenes, there met Him two demon-possessed men, coming out of the tombs, exceedingly fierce, so that no one could pass that way. 29 And suddenly they cried out, saying, “What have we to do with You, Jesus, You Son of God? Have You come here to torment us before the time?” James 2:19 New King James Version (NKJV) 19 You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe—and tremble! If people can so easily receive the HS by merely believing and confessing Jesus is Lord, Christians would not have so much indifferences on salvation. One group of Christians believe salvation comes by faith alone. Another group of Christians believe salvation is a combination of faith plus works. Another group of Christians believe once you're saved, you're eternally saved. Another group of Christians believe we must endure till the end. The HS does not tell one group of Christians one thing about salvation and then tell a different group differently. If you wanna learn about the HS and how to receive it, study John chapters 14-16. To get the HS, you have to obey Christ's commands written in the bible. Do the things He told us to do. John 14:15-16 New King James Version (NKJV) 15 “If you love Me, keep My commandments. 16 And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever— John 14:21-23 New King James Version (NKJV) 21 He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him.” 22 Judas (not Iscariot) said to Him, “Lord, how is it that You will manifest Yourself to us, and not to the world?” 23 Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him. You got this backwards here friend. You're not born again the moment you believe. Demons also believe. Are they born again? To be born again, you must have eliminated all the characteristics of the flesh and replace them with the characteristics of the spirit. Galatians 5:19-25 New King James Version (NKJV) 19 Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, 20 idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, 21 envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. 24 And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. 25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. If you are born again, you would be demonstrating the characters of the spirit as Paul said let us walk in the Spirit. If you're still walking in the flesh, you're not of the Spirit, you're not born again. People are not born again the moment they begin to believe. The moment you confessed your sin and accept Christ as your Lord and Savior, did you suddenly changed and eliminated all the characters of the flesh and took on all the characters of the spirit? This doesn't happen instantly or overnight. This is a life long process of being sanctify, becoming holy like Christ. In order to start your process of sanctification, you have to receive the HS first. Than God and Christ comes to dwell within you and begin a relationship. Nobody, absolutely nobody can have a relationship with God until God sends the holy spirit first. Christians can go to church and read the bible regularly but they do not have the HS until God decides it's time. A relationship involves two parties, both has to consent. John 14:23 New King James Version (NKJV) 23 Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him. The moment that happens when God and Christ dwells within you, God lets Christ guide you on your journey to transform your heart and mind till you become a new person, a new creation, becoming more like Him. Nobody can receive the HS till God decides it's time. It's why Christ has to pray to the Father first to send you the HS after you follow His commands. John 14:16 New King James Version (NKJV) 16 And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever— John 6:37 New King James Version (NKJV) 37 All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out. John 6:65 New King James Version (NKJV) 65 And He said, “Therefore I have said to you that no one can come to Me unless it has been granted to him by My Father.” The correct order is receive the holy spirit first, then born again later. Not the other way around. Well here's the problem. How many people today are actually doing those things Christ told us in order to receive the HS? Not many! So the other alternative when God sends the HS is after judgment when we're humbled and disciplined. Many will go through the tribulation is because God wants a relationship with everyone. The tribulation accomplishes many things, one is a time of testing found in Rev 3:10 to see who wants to find God. Possibly the oldest prophecy in the entire bible about the coming tribulation when many will find God (have a relationship through the HS) was written by Moses. It's been prophesied, the greatest revival ever is just ahead. Deuteronomy 4:29-30 New King James Version (NKJV) 29 But from there you will seek the Lord your God, and you will find Him if you seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul. 30 When you are in distress, and all these things come upon you in the latter days, when you turn to the Lord your God and obey His voice Deuteronomy 4:29-30 King James Version (KJV) 29 But if from thence thou shalt seek the Lord thy God, thou shalt find him, if thou seek him with all thy heart and with all thy soul. 30 When thou art in tribulation, and all these things are come upon thee, even in the latter days, if thou turn to the Lord thy God, and shalt be obedient unto his voice; Deuteronomy 4:29-30 New Living Translation (NLT) 29 But from there you will search again for the Lord your God. And if you search for him with all your heart and soul, you will find him. 30 “In the distant future, when you are suffering all these things, you will finally return to the Lord your God and listen to what he tells you. Deuteronomy 4:29-30 English Standard Version (ESV) 29 But from there you will seek the Lord your God and you will find him, if you search after him with all your heart and with all your soul. 30 When you are in tribulation, and all these things come upon you in the latter days, you will return to the Lord your God and obey his voice. This is incorrect. Read what it said. Peter was telling the crowd the people speaking in different tongues are not drunk. He then went on to recite what the prophet Joel wrote, nothing more. He's not telling the crowd the latter days had begun. The last days did not begin at Pentecost. Plus if you carefully read it further, the prophet Joel stated that people in the last days will prophecies when God pours out His spirit. The crowd Peter defended during Pentecost wasn't prophesying, they were speaking in different tongues. Acts 2:12-21 New King James Version (NKJV) 12 So they were all amazed and perplexed, saying to one another, “Whatever could this mean?” 13 Others mocking said, “They are full of new wine.” 14 But Peter, standing up with the eleven, raised his voice and said to them, “Men of Judea and all who dwell in Jerusalem, let this be known to you, and heed my words. 15 For these are not drunk, as you suppose, since it is only the third hour of the day. 16 But this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel: 17 ‘And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your young men shall see visions, Your old men shall dream dreams. 18 And on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days; And they shall prophesy. 19 I will show wonders in heaven above And signs in the earth beneath: Blood and fire and vapor of smoke. 20 The sun shall be turned into darkness, And the moon into blood, Before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord. 21 And it shall come to pass That whoever calls on the name of the Lord Shall be saved.’
  8. God will begin pouring out His holy spirit upon the world during the tribulation. By the end, all who have decided to accepted the gospel and follow Christ will receive the holy spirit and begin a relationship with God through Jesus. Those that refuses will perish during the tribulation. John 6:45 New King James Version (NKJV) 45 It is written in the prophets, ‘And they shall all be taught by God.’ Therefore everyone who has heard and learned from the Father comes to Me. Joel 2:28-31 New King James Version (NKJV) 28 “And it shall come to pass afterward That I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your old men shall dream dreams, Your young men shall see visions. 29 And also on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days. 30 “And I will show wonders in the heavens and in the earth: Blood and fire and pillars of smoke. 31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, And the moon into blood, Before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord. Isaiah 59:20-21 Good News Translation (GNT) 20 The Lord says to his people, “I will come to Jerusalem to defend you and to save all of you that turn from your sins. 21 And I make a covenant with you: I have given you my power and my teachings to be yours forever, and from now on you are to obey me and teach your children and your descendants to obey me for all time to come.” Jeremiah 31:31-34 New King James Version (NKJV) 31 “Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah— 32 not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt, My covenant which they broke, though I was a husband to them, says the Lord. 33 But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. 34 No more shall every man teach his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for they all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them, says the Lord. For I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more.” Romans 11:26-27 New King James Version (NKJV) 26 And so all Israel will be saved, as it is written: “The Deliverer will come out of Zion, And He will turn away ungodliness from Jacob; 27 For this is My covenant with them, When I take away their sins.” Isaiah 11:1-10 New King James Version (NKJV) 11 There shall come forth a Rod from the stem of Jesse, And a Branch shall grow out of his roots. 2 The Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon Him, The Spirit of wisdom and understanding, The Spirit of counsel and might, The Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord. 3 His delight is in the fear of the Lord, And He shall not judge by the sight of His eyes, Nor decide by the hearing of His ears; 4 But with righteousness He shall judge the poor, And decide with equity for the meek of the earth; He shall strike the earth with the rod of His mouth, And with the breath of His lips He shall slay the wicked. 5 Righteousness shall be the belt of His loins, And faithfulness the belt of His waist. 6 “The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, The leopard shall lie down with the young goat, The calf and the young lion and the fatling together; And a little child shall lead them. 7 The cow and the bear shall graze; Their young ones shall lie down together; And the lion shall eat straw like the ox. 8 The nursing child shall play by the cobra’s hole, And the weaned child shall put his hand in the viper’s den. 9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain, For the earth shall be full of the knowledge of theLord As the waters cover the sea. 10 “And in that day there shall be a Root of Jesse, Who shall stand as a banner to the people; For the Gentiles shall seek Him, And His resting place shall be glorious.” Just like what happened when God poured out the HS on all believers in Israel during Pentecost, He will once again do the same thing but this time with the world during the tribulation. It doesn't take much to realize the greatest revival in history is just ahead. More people will turn to Christ than ever before. Isaiah 32:15-20 Good News Translation (GNT) 15 But once more God will send us his spirit. The wasteland will become fertile, and fields will produce rich crops. 16 Everywhere in the land righteousness and justice will be done. 17 Because everyone will do what is right, there will be peace and security forever. 18 God's people will be free from worries, and their homes peaceful and safe. 19 (But hail will fall on the forests, and the city will be torn down.) 20 How happy everyone will be with plenty of water for the crops and safe pasture everywhere for the donkeys and cattle. 9. That is exactly how I see it shaping up from all the news. Trump negotiates the peace agreement between Israel, Palestinians and the entire Sunni Arab Muslim world (a regional peace with many) then later the a/c confirms (acknowledge) the deal with many in the Arab world. It's likely Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan and the gulf states will be pushing the a/c to accept the deal too, and confirm it with many. Saudis told Abbas to accept Trump peace plan or resign — report https://www.timesofisrael.com/saudis-told-abbas-to-accept-trump-peace-plan-or-resign-report/ Well said Dennis. I saw and remember the Netanyahu / Trump press conference back in June. Netanyahu was about as happy as a kid in a candy store after having to deal with Obama who was clearly pro Iran more than Israel. I kept thinking while watching the conference, Netanyahu must of thought he went to political heaven having Trump on his side, the most pro Israel President in history after having to wrestle with Obama for eight years.
  10. Thanks for sharing your view Sister. I have heard others with a similar take as yours.
  11. Someday everyone will literally know God is in complete control of everything when He pours out His spirit upon all flesh.
  12. Most people believe the a/c is the one who will confirm the covenant in Daniel 9:27, and I agree with that. I'm interested in hearing what you guys have to say about this. But first, let's talk about who the person is who's working on a peace treaty between Israel and the Palestinians. This would be Donald Trump, however I don't think any of us believe Trump is the a/c or the person spoken of in Daniel 9:27. There could be some but I don't think Trump is the a/c. Not looking for a debate. Just wanna hear other people's view. Is Donald Trump the one fulfilling Daniel 9:27 in the future if he successfully brokers a deal. Daniel 9:27 New King James Version (NKJV) 27 Then he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week; But in the middle of the week He shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering. And on the wing of abominations shall be one who makes desolate, Even until the consummation, which is determined, Is poured out on the desolate.”
  13. Ahh ok. Than I'll have to explain what the Last Trump is someday on a new thread. It'll make a lot more sense with the answer I had for this thread. Thanks for the quick response.
  14. The is correct Dennis. Enoch is not Jewish. Not sure if they'll listen to a gentile. They didn't listen to John the Baptist. He was a Jew and they beheaded him. They didn't even listen to Jesus and crucified Him. If any man in biblical history who can convince and turn Israel from the Mosiac Law and take up the gospel, that would be the Law himself. Every reader is allow to believe what they want. There's a lot of evidence to support Moses but this is one that really stands out imho. The Prophet and the Law. Correct. People argue the rapture can not be pre-trib because God did not rapture Noah and his family. Well, God raptured Enoch and if God had rapture Noah too, who would God use to save the animals. Noah had to stay on earth for a purpose but raptured Enoch instead for this reason. Ecclesiastes 1:9 New International Version (NIV) 9 What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun.
  15. I like to throw out an answer too but first would like to ask you your view on the timing of the rapture.
  16. Jesus always had perfect integrity, and no time nor any moment did He lack Righteousness .... Yahweh Himself speaks the highest testimony of Daniel. What Yahweh wanted Daniel to speak Daniel spoke. Neither Jesus nor Daniel spoke as if under constraint nor under pressure to nor controlled by anyone else, period. They (BOTH) spoke the Father's Word, Yahweh's Testimony, Yahweh directed.
  17. That's the point I was trying to get across. The dream is about 4 kingdoms, nothing else, not even the rulers are of significance.
  18. That's what I like to know too. Where does Last Daze get the 40 days from? I believe it could have end time implications because Christ revisited His disciples three times over a period of 40 days after His death on the cross and then visibly ascended to heaven on the 40th day which could have some significance in the end times. Two angels (messengers) told the disciple Christ will return the same way He left. Does this also involve 40 days? Maybe during the beginning of the second coming? Just speculating. Acts 1:9-11 New King James Version (NKJV) 9 Now when He had spoken these things, while they watched, He was taken up, and a cloud received Him out of their sight. 10 And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel, 11 who also said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven.”
  19. I didn't want you guys to think I made up a story about the Roman Legions not being from Rome so I had to go dig this up information since I can't remember where in my files I kept the old information. This first link is a pretty good read with some good information. http://www.myscripturestudies.com/2011/09/who-were-legions-of-rome.html “All said, the historical evidence is overwhelming. After examining a sampling of evidence from both ancient historians as well as the most cutting-edge modern scholarship to date, we may very confidently conclude that the ‘Roman’ soldiers in the Eastern provinces that destroyed Jerusalem and the Temple were in fact Eastern peoples – the inhabitants of Asia Minor, Syria, Arabia and Egypt,” Richardson writes. “Again, they were the ancestors of the modern-day inhabitants of the Middle East.” http://www.wnd.com/2009/08/107325/ Closing Arguments And so after examining a sampling of evidence from both ancient historians as well as the most cutting-edge modern scholarship to date, we may very confidently conclude that the “Roman” soldiers in the Eastern provinces that destroyed Jerusalem and the Temple were in fact Eastern peoples -- the inhabitants of Asia Minor, Syria, Arabia, and Egypt. Again, they were the ancestors of the modern day inhabitants of the Middle East. When we look to the prophecy of Daniel 9:26, we can certainly understand how a hasty or perfunctory reading of this prophecy would lead one to conclude that the “peoples” were in fact Romans, but having now done proper due diligence, completed our homework, and examined the evidence, it is clear that the reality is quite different from what has been commonly and popularly understood. Conclusion In conclusion then, the overwhelming evidence, not only from ancient historians but also modern-day scholarship points us to the ethnic identity of the “Roman” peoples that destroyed Jerusalem and the Temple. They were the ancestors of the Muslim peoples that dominate the entire region today. http://www.hope-of-israel.org/peopleofprince.html
  20. This is the Romans Empire at the height of it's kingdom. He can come from a country today that is located within any part of the Roman Empire back then and fulfill the prophecy of Daniel 9:26. Don't know how many knew this but some of the Roman legions employed that helped conquered Jerusalem were not from the area of Rome but lived elsewhere within the empire. One big clue I found given in the bible are the names of the countries that form the coalition against Israel in Ezekiel 38. The a/c leads the invasion and is from one of those country. That should help narrow it down for you guys. Just my opinion.
  21. Nebuchadnezzar didn't take very fondly when his servants tried to dilly dally. I think he knew they tried to wing it. Daniel 2:8-9 Good News Translation (GNT) 8 At that, the king exclaimed, “Just as I thought! You are trying to gain time, because you see that I have made up my mind 9 to give all of you the same punishment if you don't tell me the dream. You have agreed among yourselves to go on telling me lies because you hope that in time things will change. Tell me what the dream was, and then I will know that you can also tell me what it means.”
  22. Let me guess. Now you're telling us you forgot to post the link to that too?
  23. I saw that link already. Read the first two paragraphs, it's about meteors aka falling stars or shooting stars. The early astronomers along with those during the Seleucid empire were not aware they are meteors because meteors were not discovered till the 19th century. They're not stars. Google when were meteors discovered. Good luck trying to prove an asteroid the size of Texas will hit earth during Matthew 24:29 and Revelation 6:13. History Although meteors have been known since ancient times, they were not known to be an astronomical phenomenon until early in the 19th century. Prior to that, they were seen in the West as an atmospheric phenomenon, like lightning, and were not connected with strange stories of rocks falling from the sky. In 1807, Yale University chemistry professor Benjamin Silliman investigated a meteorite that fell in Weston, Connecticut.[28] Silliman believed the meteor had a cosmic origin, but meteors did not attract much attention from astronomers until the spectacular meteor storm of November 1833.[29] People all across the eastern United States saw thousands of meteors, radiating from a single point in the sky. Astute observers noticed that the radiant, as the point is now called, moved with the stars, staying in the constellation Leo.[30] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meteoroid
