1) Jesus cursed the fig tree and He didn't change His mind because the nation as a whole rejected Him. 2) Dispensations is an invention of man. Both John Darby and C.I. Scofield mangled the scriptures to give room to a people that God had already rejected 2,000 years ago because they crucified His Son and thus said their last NO to God. Yet God in His grace has kept the door open for all peoples to come to Christ, including Jews. 3) There are no promises to Israel or the land in the NT. Have you ever thought why? I tell you why, because God has always had one people only, not two or more. One people of faith (Heb. 11:6, Ro. 8:9). So, in God's economy only those believers that are in Christ are His people while Israel of old was finally judged in AD 70. After that, there was never be another physical nation where God would be in covenant with. God's eternal or everlasting covenant is with Christ where we are the recipients of God's grace for as long as we believe in Christ.

First mistake: When did I ever say that Jesus did not redeem the whole world? Second mistake: The mistake is yours because you are using old covenant scriptures without connecting it to Christ and His finished work of redemption. Secondly, if you want your scriptures to stick, show support in the NT because scriptures explain scriptures. Taking scriptures out of context is a mistake. Lastly, what kind of scriptures do you have in the NT that will deny the cross in order to build another temple at the end of time where sacrifices will be offered once again? Since when does God go back to the beginning, ignore the finished work of Christ in order to accomodate a bunch of unbelieving Jews? That I would call blasphemy. Plain and simple.

If I have a hard time comprehending the word of God is not because I push it to the end times where no one can prove anything. I have to have reality when I read and study God's word. Are you going to dismiss Romans 2:28-29 and Romans 9 because in your view Romans 11 fits your theology better? What you have been missing all along is that the Israel of 2,000 years and the Israel of today are two completely different people. One was in covenant with God, while the modern one (secular and ungodly) is not. One does not mean the other. Most Christians are trying to connect the wrong dots. I'm not afraid of Israel as a nation because no one outside of Christ belongs to God. (Ro. 8:9). The issue here is that most of Christendom have believed this lie for too long. A few questions for you, 1) What connection does modern Israel have with God? 2) If modern Israel are still the chosen people, why is it that God has not spoken one single word to them since Christ ascended to the throne of glory? (Heb. 1:2-3) 3) If modern Israel is God's people, where is their faith in Christ? 4) Can anybody be chosen outside of Christ? (Eph. 1:4) 5) If modern Israel is a continuation of old Israel, under what covenant are they under? All you have to do is to ask the right questions and your theory about Israel will fall apart like a deck of cards.

Using a 412 year old translation, takes away from the flavor and the intent of Jesus's words to His disciples. NKJV Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place. What's the message? The gospel of Christ. How do they gather the elect? By the receiving and the acceptance of what Christ accomplished in His life, in His death, in His resurrection, in His ascension to the throne and, in the sending of the Holy Spirit. Isn't that what is happening today and will continue to take place until the end of this age?

Some Romans may have thought that God had cast away Israel, his people, forever. – Romans 11:1 Contrarily Paul teaches that their blindness is only temporary and will only last “until the fullness of the Gentiles be come in.” – Romans 11:25 Just as natural branches will be graffed back into their own tree so “all Israel shall be saved: as it is written.” – Romans 11:26 Though Gentile salvation in this dispensation is a glorious manifestation of the grace of God, the fullness of times will be greater still. By the way, I never said that the church replaced Israel. I don't believe in Replacement theology because is dead wrong from the get go. Israel ceased to be a nation in AD 70 because they refused to receive their Messiah; instead, they killed Him, which constitutes the greatest crime of all history. You don't get to kill the Son of God and get away with it. Romans 9:6–8 (NASB95) 6 "But it is not as though the word of God has failed. For they are not all Israel who are descended from Israel; 7 nor are they all children because they are Abraham’s descendants, but: “through Isaac your descendants will be named.” 8 That is, it is not the children of the flesh who are children of God, but the children of the promise are regarded as descendants." Romans 2:28–29 (NASB95) 28 "For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly, nor uncircumcision that which is outward in the flesh. 29 But he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that which is of the heart, by the Spirit, not by the letter; and his praise is not from men, but from God." My opinion means nothing at all. What it matters is what God's word says.

If your opinion says that the signs of the described in the Olivet's discourse have not transpired yet, is it because of what? Some of the things that Jesus said were metaphors of allusions to a greater truth. Jewish culture used language and exaggerated truths that needed to be heeded. So, if you would understand that the Lord was speaking to a specific people with something specific in mind, you would probably be more open to God's word with the intention that Jesus gave it. 1) Who was Jesus speaking to? His disciples of course. 2)Did Jesus give His disciples any clues as to when these things would take place? Yes, He did. He told them all the things He had prophesied would occur in their own generation (Mark 13:30) So, why do we think that the bible was written to us only and meant nothing at all to the people that lived in the days of Jesus? 3) Israel's greatest crime which surpasses every other crime in history was to kill their own Messiah through lies and deceptions. What shall God do, promise them the land and continue to cater to them when all along they didn't give a fig about Christ's willingness to take them to the final step of God's eternal plan which was their full redemption? Finally, all of God's promises to Israel rested on whether they would believe in the Son of God or reject God's eternal purposes for them. Only the remnant did it which was enough for God. The rest were condemned while Israel as a nation ceased to exist forever. 4) God has His people today which is made out of both Jews and Gentiles. The common denominator is Jesus Christ. Ephesians 4:4–6 (NASB95) 4 "There is one body and one Spirit, just as also you were called in one hope of your calling; 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6 one God and Father of all who is over all and through all and in all." Pretty simple, isn't it?

1) Who said that God has cast away the Jews? The doors of salvation have been open for them for the last 2,000 years. Do you think they should have a special invitation to come to Christ? 2) God's people are only those who are in Christ, not Christ-haters or the ungodly. Rom. 8:9-11 tells us that only those who have the Spirit of Christ belong to Him. 3) Why was old Israel blinded? Did God force them not to believe and so when died, they wound up in hell? No, they were blinded because of the hardness of their own hearts. God simply gave them what they deserved. 4) What makes you think that God was speaking about modern Israel in Romans of the NT? God never relates to anyone without making a covenant. The words of Paul had to do with old-covenant Israel, NOT with modern-non-covenant, ungodly, Christ-hater and physical, secular Israel. One has nothing whatsoever to do with the other one. 5) Romans 9:6 precedes Romans 11. In it Paul states very clearly that not all Israel is Israel... On the contrary, I have stuck to the scriptures faithfully for 35 years and rejected most of the modern theologies that add to the scriptures what is not there. You should try it too; after all, when all have said and done, what will you do when you come to the presence of the Lord having believed so many manufactured lies?

What do you mean by saying, "Just because we don't understand why there will be a Millenial kingdom" does to mean that there will be one? Of course I understand! I understand perfectly that there will be NO MILLENNIUM. It is farce created by magicians and deplorables that have taken the word of God and twisted it, distorted and poof they say Jesus will reign on the "Millennium." The reason for this is because somehow they have to include ungodly, Chritless and physical Israel into the picture which is anathema. Nowhere in the NT do I read about a Millennial Kingdom. What I read is that Jesus sat down on the throne, at the right hand of the Father to reign forever and ever. Why is there a need for a "Millennium" when Jesus reigns in the heavens over all His creation? The fact that the entire NT is silent about a literal reign of Christ on earth, should be sufficient for us, don't you think so?

When He had made purification of sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.” The first thing I see when I begin to read the book of Hebrews is the supremacy and over the top sufficiency of Christ over all creation. The writer of Hebrews makes no apology when He reveals in the first three verses of chapter one that they were living in the last days of the old covenant which were overlapping with the new. It is important to understand that the "last days" was also a holy announcement that the era of Israel as God's chosen people was over and done with forever as the end and the final judgment of the nation was around the corner (A.D. 70). As for us, everything that needed to be said has been said in Christ, therefore there is nothing else that needs to happen that can catch our tingling ears, except the coming of the Lord to take His bride away and the judgment of the wicked. After that, we will see the birth of new heavens and a new earth as promised by the God who cannot lie (Isa 65:17, 66:22, 2Pe 3:13). Having said all that, it is also very important to understand that regardless of what we believe about the last days, we must know that Jesus is the last word that God will speak to all generations. The final word is that "God has spoken to us in His Son." There will be no new word, no new prophecy and no new revelation to the world apart from the revelation of Jesus Christ and what He accomplished in His death, His resurrection, His ascension and the sending of the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ began and ended the work of redemption for all mankind. "It is finished" (Jn 19:30). Hebrews 1:1-3 reveals that… 1. The Lord is the heir of all things. 2. Jesus is the agent by whom God created the world. This makes the Word the creator of all things (Jn 1:1-3, Col. 1:16-17) 3. Jesus is the radiance of God's glory. 4. Jesus, in His humanity, was and is the exact representation of God's holy nature 5. Jesus upholds or sustains all things by the word of His power. 6. Jesus is the only one who has made possible the purification for our sins 7. He sits at the right hand of power and reigns forever and ever. This took place after He completed mankind’s redemption (Lk 1:68, Ro 3:24, Eph 1:7, 1:20-21, Col 1:14, Heb 9:12, 15) Finally, for Christians that continue to swallow the lie that modern and SECULAR ISRAEL is somehow a result of some obscure Old Testament prophecy, let it be known that if the Word of God (Jesus Christ, God the Son) did not mention it at all, is because it was simply not part of His plan. Since not one of His apostles throughout the entire new testament didn’t mention it either, it should be sufficient then for the believer to drop this made up doctrine and let it go for good. The fact is that if the Lord did not mention a supposed return to a land, it is because it was completely irrelevant to His eternal plan of redemption. It is a historical fact that He dealt with sin and death on behalf of all the world on the cross of Calvary, therefore there is no need for an additional work of redemption on behalf of an ungodly nation that hates the very mention of the name of Jesus. To believe in a fabricated dispensational out of connection stunt compared with the reality of the finished work of Christ is to insinuate that God left things undone and therefore His “pet nation” must somehow have a special salvation apart from the rest of the world. The modern believer of today should be aware and be wise enough not to listen to some of the popular teachers of today that have perverted the word of God in order to push their false beliefs as they continue to confuse and deceive the church to wait for an event that will never take place, e.g. the Millennium. God is holy and limitlessly perfect. He makes no mistakes, forgets nothing and will not change His mind. The work of redemption was finished at the cross for all time (Jn 19:30)

Modern and ungodly Israel today is nothing but a secular nation just like the rest of them. God's promise to OLD COVENANT ISRAEL was Jesus Christ. Period. He is the fulfillment of all God's promises (Lk 24:25-27, 44-45, Jn 5:39-40). Jesus was the glory and the hope of old Israel (Lk 2:32, Acts 28:20). About modern Israel: 1) They are not in covenant with God 2) They have no faith in Christ 3) They are lost in their sins and, 4) They hate the very name of Jesus. So, it is important to know that God's people have always been a people of FAITH, not a people of a certain race. The gospel is the good news that saves ALL PEOPLES from their sins which includes of course Jews. Jesus addressing the Jews of His day: John 10:26–28 (NASB95) 26 “But you do not believe because you are not of My sheep. 27 “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me; 28 and I give eternal life to them, and they will never perish; and no one will snatch them out of My hand." This modern nation is a deception and stumbling block for Christians because they have yet to discover that Jesus fulfilled all prophecies that God gave Israel: 1) Forgiveness of sins 2) Eternal life 3) The promise of the Spirit. 4) A new resurrected boy like the glorious body of Jesus Christ (Phil. 3:20-21) By the way, Jews have been coming to the Lord for the last 2,000 years. The doors of salvation are still open for them and for the rest of the world.

What is pathetic is to think that Israel was an end in itself. God is not a respecter of persons. He is completely impartial in all that He does, so the main reason why God chose Israel was to undo the sin of Adam through one of their own, which happened to be the Lord of glory (Genl 3:15). This He did in order to bless the world through the preaching of the gospel of salvation. Genesis 12:3 (NASB95) "And I will bless those who bless you, and the one who curses you I will curse. And in you all the families of the earth will be blessed.” Israel was a covenant nation that was moving forward to the fulfilment of God promises through Jesus Christ. If you took the Lord out of the picture, you wind up with a sinful nation that constantly broke God's covenant and who wanted nothing but to be like the rest of the nations. God worked with a remnant from the beginning to accomplish His eternal goal. So, only those who believed in Christ inherited the promises. The rest of the nation rejected their deliverer and Lord, crucified Him through the Romans and said a final NO to God. What did God do? He judged them and removed the nation from His sight forever, Luke 21:20–24 (NASB95) 20 “But when you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then recognize that her desolation is near. 21“Then those who are in Judea must flee to the mountains, and those who are in the midst of the city must leave, and those who are in the country must not enter the city; 22 Because these are days of vengeance, so that all things which are written will be fulfilled. 23 “Woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing babies in those days; for there will be great distress upon the land and wrath to this people; 24 and they will fall by the edge of the sword, and will be led captive into all the nations; and Jerusalem will be trampled under foot by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled." Paul picked by the Spirit that the judgment was around the corner, 1 Thessalonians 2:14–16 (NASB95) 14 "For you, brethren, became imitators of the churches of God in Christ Jesus that are in Judea, for you also endured the same sufferings at the hands of your own countrymen, even as they did from the Jews, 15 who both killed the Lord Jesus and the prophets, and drove us out. They are not pleasing to God, but hostile to all men, 16 hindering us from speaking to the Gentiles so that they may be saved; with the result that they always fill up the measure of their sins. But wrath has come upon them to the utmost."

If we take things into their proper context, Jesus was telling His disciples what was going to take place in their own generation, not 2,000 plus years later. Mat. 23:36, 24:34 and Mark 13:30 assures us that Jesus' words had to do with the destruction of Jerusalem and the end of Israel as a covenant nation. The term "this generation" is very clear, meaning all the events Jesus predicted would take place 40 years later. So, Israel as nation was cutting themselves off from God's eternal blessings because to reject their own Messiah, was in fact a full rejection of Gods' purpose for them. So, God relied on the remnant of Israel to proclaim the gospel and to begin to bring the Gentiles into God's eternal promises in Jesus Christ. NASB Jn 15:20 “Remember the word that I said to you, ‘A slave is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you; if they kept My word, they will keep yours also." Now as for the allusions of the signs, we must first consider that Jesus was simply giving the Jews a metaphor, not making a literal promise. The "signs" of the sun, the moon an the stars mean that no light will shine upon them anymore because they had rejected the true Light of the world: Jesus Christ (Jn 8:12). In other words, their life a nation would end completely or completely collapse. The waves roaring means war, upheaval, uncertainty and finally, death. These things took place in the Jewish wars with the Romans in AD 66-7O

The ULTIMATE TRUTH of God's word is JESUS CHRIST. He is the truth and the one who joins both old covenant people with the new covenant people in Himself Ephesians 2:11–16 (NET) 11 "Therefore remember that formerly you, the Gentiles in the flesh—who are called “uncircumcision” by the so-called “circumcision” that is performed on the body by human hands— 12 that you were at that time without the Messiah, alienated from the citizenship of Israel and strangers to the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world. 13 But now in Christ Jesus you who used to be far away have been brought near by the blood of Christ. 14 For he is our peace, the one who made both groups into one and who destroyed the middle wall of partition, the hostility, 15 when he nullified in his flesh the law of commandments in decrees. He did this to create in himself one new man out of two, thus making peace, 16 and to reconcile them both in one body to God through the cross, by which the hostility has been killed." This is the truth of God's word!

God KEPT His promise to Israel: Jesus Christ was and will always be the PROMISE. PERIOD. The election of the Jews as God’s people was designed to reverse the impact of Adam’s sin, and most Jews believed that the law’s role was to restrain the sin that Adam introduced into the world. By contrast, Paul maintains that God’s intention in giving the law was to increase sin, and to increase it particularly in Israel. The piling up of sin in Israel via the law does not indicate malevolence in God toward his people. It shows that the problem introduced into the world through Adam is not remedied through the law. These verses anticipate Rom. 9–11. Sin reached its climax in Israel so that God’s grace would be discerned more clearly in his mercy both to Gentiles and to Israel. The end of the story, therefore, is not the triumph of sin. The story ends with the victory accomplished by grace, a grace that fulfills God’s righteousness and promises through the last Adam, Jesus the Messiah. If you think God made a promise outside of Jesus Christ to Israel, you are waiting in vain.
