I got an email from a sister in the Lord today, where she asked me to pray for her husband, as he gets so angry when watching video games and he curse too, and she was so tired of it "and was thinking of divorce" (?) I'm not sure if he is saved and born again, but she claims to be so, so I told her some things that I've learned during my long term marriage. First of all, I try not to think about or mention the word divorce no matter what, as I know that the Lord hates divorce, and I promised to love my husband and stay with him, both in bad days and in good days, until death parts us, and I am determined to keep that promise. Second, I have learned that if there are things about my husband that I have problem with, whether it irritates me or grieves me, it is not always a good thing for me to tell him about it, as he is not ready yet to see it, so therefore I go for myself and pray for him, and I also pray that I will be able to deal with it in the right way. It is not up to me to change my husband, that I leave in the Lord's hands, but I can work on myself and change myself, and love my husband as he is, because the Lord loves me as I am. 😊

How many people in the Bible saw an angel?
Ani Tefillah replied to Daniel Marsh's topic in Everything Else
I haven't counted yet, but there's some, both in the OT and the NT, right? -
It is kind of odd to learn a language which has no vowels ordinary, but only "dots and dashes", when I'm used to have the vowels in my own language (Norwegian, but also in English). I've started to write without vowels in Norwegian as a "code language". 😅 "F y knw wht..mn?"

If they're sincerely from the heart, right?
-
Well, I really want to do both if possible. 😊 I've noticed that the "modern" Hebrew often (or always?) skip the niquds for some reason, but the "Biblical" Hebrew don't? I would prefer that they kept or added the niquds, though, as without, one word could mean different things, I think.
-
Thank you. 😊 I downloaded a Bible with "Strongs" yesterday, and I can actually learn many Hebrew words as I study The Word with this app. However, I really want to learn how to write with the niquds and how to pronounce the sentence "I am dwelling between Your shoulders" in Hebrew, and I hope that someone will be able to help me out with this.
-
Shalom. I think the Hebrew language is beautiful and interesting, and I started to learn it on my own some time ago. I am able to read 📖 a little now if the niquds are there.

Shalom. I'm trying to figure out a sentence in Hebrew : "I am dwelling between Your shoulders". Can anyone help me with this? I would like to have it in the Hebrew language with the niquds, and also transliterated if possible. I tried to find it on Google, but it didn't have the niquds or transliteration, and I don't think it was properly translated either? Here's what I found : אני שוכב בין הכתפיים שלך. . אני מתפכר בין כתפיך

I didn't know that it was so expensive for the Solars. I've watched many videos on YouTube about people who have gone off the grid, mostly so called tiny house and similar, and they use both Solars, Propane and Batteries together oftentimes, so maybe that could be an option?

That's a great idea!

That's so true and so sad 😔. I've study a little about what the mormons believe and why they act in certain ways, as we have a few here and there in Norway (mostly in towns, probably), whom are "missionaries" here, and I have run into some earlier. I remember an episode some years ago when we lived in a town, and I had the opportunity to testefy for two women from the USA. I testified how I got born again and baptized in the Holy Spirit with the speaking in new tongues as a sign, and one of them listened almost with her mouth open (😅), but the other one was occupied by how they could be able to come away from me. Two so different persons, but both so very valuable! My heart aches for them, the mormons, as many of them are sincere regarding their faith. I praise the Lord when I read a testimony of a ex-mormon, who has been saved and born again! 😊
-
Off topic or not, I appreciate that the delusion of the mormon doctrines is exposed.

May the Lord bless thee!

I agree with thee. 😅 I've learned that it's important for me to know the sum of the Holy Word, so I can know Him and His will better, and by using and comparing different types of "translations", and especially also refer to the original text, I'm able to understand more, I believe. But I first of all need the Holy Spirit to help me understand the sum of the Holy Word.

I also have found a Bible app which I like, RNKJV Bible app (Renewed Names King James Version), and it contains "vers of the day" which I can share on beautiful pictures, reading 📖 plans, topic verses, etc.

(I got a new poem today) Forever. When I think about forever ; my eternity Up There, it is getting lighter, my suffering down here. One thousand years are for You but a day; be patient and endure to the end, I hear You say. I've got a glimpse of Heaven, Where forever I'll praise Your Name, There it will be no sorrow, no agony, tears or pain. Thank You for Golgotha, where You paid for my eternity ; for Your cross, Your life, Your blood and agony. You live today, Lord, and forever and ever; praying for me, as You want us to be together. 24.03.2022.
