I grew up in a household with a mean step dad... so been there done that. The Lord is personally very experienced in people doing this to Him which if how I learned to not let any of that stuff bother me by learning to do what He does in this situation. Now, someone can say what ever they want about me and even talk about my momma and I can honestly say I just don't care and I certainly don't sit around thinking about it!

And so now we have all these folks claiming to be Christians living in sin because of teachings such as this twisting a scripture that is not even talking about salvation at all. It's simply saying that if the things you did for the Lord in this life were not acceptable to Him that doesn't cause one to not be saved... it's not even talking about living in sin as other scriptures say those that live in sin WILL not be saved in the end. This is an example of taking one bible verse and using it to claim all other verses on the subject are lies. They call this cherry pickin! So, someday we'll all see if all those other bibles verses are true or not!

When one turns away from the Lord and sins, they must forsake their sin and confess their sin to the Lord in order to be right with the Lord once again. Proverbs 28:13 He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy. 1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Claiming if one lives in sin is still saved... is not a salvation issue??? One would have to misunderstand the entire Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ to make such a statement! Acts 26:18 To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith It IS in fact a salvation issue for those sin living in sin who claim they are Christians. This is why others should not be telling them they are still saved as they continue living in sin as so many are doing in these ends times So, in your view they are still abiding in Christ... AND doing evil at the same time? Sorry, but scripture does not teach this. You have not read what Jesus said in John 15 and He should know because He's the vine! 1 John 3:6 Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not 1 John 2:4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. 1 John 1:6 if we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: And Jesus said we would know them by their fruit... doing snful things is NOT baring good fruit! Matthew 7:16-20 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. Is there any reason we cannot accept what the Lord says in His Word? In the end what the Lord says is all that matters.

No, I'm not one to believe it's OK to sin and then claim I'm still saved while doing sinful things.

I've already posted numerous scriptures showing why someone would think it's OK to live in sin and think they are still saved along with God's warnings showing they are NOT still saved if living in sin. Please read, pay attention, and accept the plain reading of scripture. Jude 1:4 For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ. Lasciviousness = desires or conduct; lewdness; wantonness; lustfulness; looseness of behavior, having no morality, lawlesness. Even if you are not doing this in your life, the OSAS message causes others to stumble by thinking they CAN live in sin and still be saved... and as some erroneously claim that one can leave this life as a sinner and God puts them in sinner's jail for a while to "punish" and "chastise" them in some heavenly dungeon and once they've learned their lesson they are released to be in Heaven with the Lord. People hear all this and think it's no big deal to keep living in sin! It's obvious this is what's going on when we look around the church world today and see so many doing sinful things, and living in sin claiming it's all good they are still saved. I'm sure the catholics appreciate the assist from OSAS peoples believing this as it give credibility to their purgatory teaching! Titus 2:11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; Titus 2:11 is the biblical definition of God's Grace... as you can see Christians are called to deny the sins and desires of this life and live righteous and godly lives. 1 John 3:4 Everyone committing sin also commits lawlessness; and sin is lawlessness. Matthew 7:23 depart from me, ye that work iniquity As you can see living in sin is a big deal and is not something the Lord accepts 1 John 3:6 Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not 1 John 2:4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. 1 John 1:6 if we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: The Lord does not receive those that don't come out from the world and turn away from that which is unclean: 2 Corinthians 6:17 come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, These question really should be... can you prove all these scriptures were put in to God's Word in error and they should be ignored as being false entries in to the Lord's canon of scripture?

That's very sad that some believe God sends all babies to hell before they have any understanding of the difference between right and wrong. This is something that comes out of the false doctrine of calvinism which makes God into some monster on numerous points within their false religion! Paul speaks of being alive once without the law and then coming of age and dying (becoming separated from God) because sin revived In Ezekiel 18:20 the Lord says the son shall not bear the iniquity of the father... so the Lord is not holding us accountable for Adam's sin. We are accountable for our own sin. God did not make babies to be sinners in the womb. God's Word says we have all fallen short of God's Glory, not that we were born sinners. No, we were all born into a fallen world and we all fell into sin

That's not true not true, I've addressed as something that is being twisted to make people think one can live in sin and still go to Heaven which is false doctrine. The Lord says the following thru the Apostle James: James 2:24 Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only. James 2:20 But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead? Apparently one is justified by faith AND by works.... and the man that believes justification is by faith only is a "vain" man. Sounds like either Jesus is wrong or the so called reformers are wrong since they teach an partial truth and leave the part out about works leaving the door open to sinful living (license to sin). Ephesians 2:10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. It's not a matter of trying to earn salvation thru good works... It's a matter of being obedient verses being disobedient! Those that accept the calling of the Lord and become new creatures in Christ Jesus abiding in Him doing good works by the power of the Holy Spirit within as the Lord leads... these are true children of God. Those claiming to be saved not walking in obedience have rejected the ordination and calling of the Lord and are the children of disobedience who refuse to put on the new man and walk in newness of life to stop being servants of sin... Colossians 3:5-9 Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry: For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience: In the which ye also walked some time, when ye lived in them. But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth. Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds; And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him: Ephesians 4:24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
