When I was thinking about this question I was reminded of this scripture and the answer was very simple to me. Faith in God must look like this perhaps👇 Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understandings, 6 in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight. Word of God has all the answers we need.

Absolutely!!! ""No one should be left behind"" with regards to learning about word of God. God's creation Genesis, Noah's Ark and flood, David and goliath, Jesus's birthn death and resurrection and 2nd coming and many.. many more stories would definitely be an interesting read for anyone. Some part of the Asian countries has their own religious stories been taught to children at school as a form of literature, its part of their curriculum. So for the school, it doesn't matter what religion your household follows when you come to school you must learn about their religions in the form of Stories, poems, quotes etc.

That's an interesting question. It makes me think of old good times. Lol. I think I wanted to become a scientist when growing up👩‍🔬. I remember getting infatuated with Madam curie, which finally cooled down when i learned she died by the radiation of her own discovery 😅. When growing up in 80 to 90s I was surrounded by all the inventions or development in the science and technology in society like phone, several machines, space exploration, computer from being on desk to being in hand as a phone etc etc. Growing up I was able to get an education and out of all siblings i was the only child to pursue the science subjects rather than arts. And lots and lots of encouragement from siblings and parents. But yes, God has different plan i guess. I didn't become a scientist but yes my brain work that way when there is a need, i catch myself spending more time in observation of things, studyng it and examining it which include the word of God too, but with submission to the Holy Spirit ofcourse, finding answers to the things, and using whatever i learned in day today life and teaching my children bout those things. 😄

😄 You know.. I thought that too. And i am not that far as from him as well... but.... I prayed and asked God for some confirmations if those things happens then only I'll go in that direction. But it hasn't happened yet. So i probably won't go forward with that approach....yet!😂 May God's will be done. 🙏 Thank you.

Hello there, I have a need and i found solution for that need, i designed it in a way that will meet those needs. Now I don't know whats next. Who to approach to make those products. For example- If i needed a product like a phone(in the world/time where phone like device doesn't exist yet) who do i approach to?

I see...you are onto something 🤔😂. Yes you are right and I was using existence of phone as an analogy. For some ideas that has some similarities to the product that already exist.

Mobile internet device. The mention of device was just as an example as something that has similar features as TV but, doesn't exist yet but after few years someone made it happen and phone came into existence. I just used that as an analogy.

Has anyone has any experience in the entrepreneurship and their own business, where they are stuck bcos they don't know who to approach next. You have product and you also have a design and you know what do you want this product to do. You like to watch video's and news and entertainment on TV, but you're too busy to sit all day home and watch on TV. You want a small device that you can connect to the antenna and where ever you are you can just open the device, watch news holding that device in your hand. You see where i am going...? But, you have never seen or heard any product out there like this before, you don't even know if its possible to make something like this. But you have this idea and some design of the product and what you need this product to be doing. But now you are stuck at the point where you are standing with the knowledge of idea and design. -What should be the next step? - How does that person bring that idea and design to reality to something tangible and working? - who are these people that is going to help you bring that device into existence?( Engineers? IT? Politicians? ) who! Any and every suggestions are welcome, I am stuck, I need some help. Thank you.

Recently I heard someone teaching their kids about healing and trusting God and having faith. Everything was fine, accept one thing I heard it made me think and wonder.. So this kid had some pain or some discomfort in his body, they prayed over it and it went away, so the kid said," how did that happened?.. we prayed!, father said, No I didn't pray, I spoke to it. Next time you speak to it and it will leave(In Jesus name)". So should we pray for healing or over situations or just speak to it in Jesus name?? 🤔

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Mathew 11 tell us what to do in these kind of situations, we need to go to Jesus. Share your heart to Him. Let Holy Spirit minister your heart. When you have sinned and the weight is pulling you down and you feel like flesh is over powering you. Don't run from His presence instead constantly put yourself in His presence, when you feel like running away run towards Him. When you feel like not praying pray even harder. Bring all thoughts and feelings and surrender to Jesus, dont try to do it by yourself, give it to Jesus. He is always close to you. Shalom. :)

....lol but it reminded me of something, when You mentioned pastors praying over Trump, I remember there was one time when black pastors have been invited to meet,talk and pray with him when he was in office and my pastor was one of them and they all prayed with him and over him too. After coming back from that meeting my pastor said(if I can remember clearly), "If someone offered me that Job I would never take it.. that is too much pressure.."😆.

I agree with everything you said. However, If God has put something in someone's heart to do and share gospel which is by using the gifts and talents God gave them, i am not going to come between that and stop people who are receiving Christ as their Lord and savior and opening bible for the first time in their life. I would let God do His things and I will do my thing which is pray, pray for repentance, pray for clear directions and truths if they have been mislead, pray for wisdom for direction within God's will and desire etc etc. As it is our responsibility too to read the word and not take everything as if its staright from the word. Which can even happen in preaching in the church? People hear sermons and preacher can add their own understanding or experience or some stories from their life experiences and share it the intention is to help people to get the message at the end. I know some can take it as if its straight from the bible (eg- "God helps those who helps themselves "). God is still Able to use people who may not be where you and I or anyone else are in their faith... yet but they are Obedient enough to walk the path they have been called to by Him even though they are still going through the process of becoming more christ like. I would like to mention that I totally understand if any person can have an assumption if they haven't heard the Director personally but Dallas Jenkins (Director) is born again evangelical Christian as he already reveals in the conversation with viewers. And the show does have many actors who are Christians, like born again ones, however there are some who are not but are placed in a perfect place where their hearts are opening up a little by little about this Person named Jesus. Now how do I know?At the beginning and the end of the show Dallas sometimes interviews actors and talk about their faith and their beliefs and about Jesus for the viewers so that viewers can know about the actors and their faith journey. Also, when Dallas explains the scenes and everything and talks about scriptures he sounds very similar to what we believe and understanding of scripture is similar like many of us in this forum, so it doesn't sound like he doesn't have any clue who Jesus is. Moreover, he also shares the testimony of people and the video they sent where they share how the show had stirred them and they want to learn more about Jesus and they are doing it by reading Bible. Many have shared that it has encouraged them to go back to the scriptures to learn & get close to God. I am sharing this bcos the director has mentioned that its in his heart to share Jesus with the world and he is using the gifts and talents God has given him. I want to add that I agree with original post that its okay to watch if someone wants to or not watch if someone doesn't want to but whats most important is to go back to scripture to know the truth. Which is true for even for the pastor at churches when they preach bcos my pastor use to say.. Its good to come here and listen to sermon but its your responsibility to go back home and read & study it for yourself.

Its something me and my son watches together and which helps me to discuss Jesus together. He likes it, so do I. I do describe him though that in some places where its the story from director's view and art perspective which you see in a movie and might not have happened in real life but those things are added just to give a context about the whole picture and just to further the story like the death of Ramah etc. But yes all over we do like it and it does gives us a mental image of being in the shoes of those disciples who are with Jesus Himself, when He is fully God and fully Man but still sometimes have hard time grasping some truths and teachings that He is trying to teach them. My most favorite is the first episode when Jesus meets Mary and how he rescues her and Gaius a gentile recognising Jesus's authority that if he just say it his son/servant will be healed, he doesn't even need to be there physically and all the disciples were amazed at his faith as Jesus commended his faith.

Please, Correct me if I am wrong, when King Saul was failing as a king didn't God planned to remove saul and give the kingdom to young shepherd David? I would see it as kingdom taken from one and given to the another one. Thats just one instance i remember when I was reading your reply. And even if God's take away (we donno why) wouldn't it be His Sovereignty. Bcos He is sovereign God. We may not know the answer..yet. Thank you brother for replying! 👍

Job 1:21 And he said, “Naked I came from my mother's womb, and naked shall I return. The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord.” I have heard two different interpretation of this verse and which is completely confusing to me. What does this scripture says about God's actions? Some say this scripture means God has given everything and God can take it away those things. Some say that it means God gives good things(prosperity, healing, wisdom etc) and God takes away other things (sickness, depression, worries, sorrows, pain, bad situations, fear, financial lacks etc etc). So what is the true essence and meaning behind this scripture. I want to know true heart of God. Its okay if its something different than I usually perceived before. I am open to adapt. What matters most with these kind of scripture is that we need to know what does it says to us about God. How can we get more closer to Him.

That further reminds me about this scripture... Romans 8:37 Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.
