OP: I have had both happen to me also. I am a child from a smoker. i have asthma and thankfully I have gotten my eating undercontrol. IMO, before anyone takes this post and shreds into a thousand little peices, I pray to God daily to keep me away from those things and I have a relationship with Him. No I'm not free from sin completely but it helps......Just my 2 cents.
