uh, what does a christian look like? No offense but...unless you can point out specifics and say how they contradict scripture your treading on dangerous ground theologically with a statement like this. Now, I have seen some supposedly Christian bands who were overtly sexual...which is the opposite of modest, which is a violation of scripture.... I mean how some "Christian" bands wear dark makeup, all black,revealing clothes, nose rings,mohawks,etc. I have seen bands who claim to be Christian look like this and frankly i find it disturbing as do many others,im sure. As per your second point, I'm sorry i should have been more clear...like you say ive seen Christian bands who are very sexual and also some that have swearing in the lyrics. Leviticus 19:28 says, James 5:12:

As Christians we believe the Bible, God made his covenant with Isaac therefore that way is the right way. Also if you want to look at it in a different light...We are all related (going back to Adam and Eve) but only Jesus is the Messiah.

There are a few songs that are ok...but I cant stand screamo music,It burns my ears off,I cant hear what they are saying and for all I know they could be saying something bad Also on the image of the bands...i have seen some supposed Christian bands that look they were drug up from below (no offense to anyone of course...just my opinion). Seriously, If you are a christian band at least try to look Christian (and act like it of course)

My aunt has down syndrome....i dont even want to think of people doing something like that

I just went back and read it again...i got it confused with another date,the textbook describes a little bit of stuff before the birth of Christ and fails to mention the date until another section. that explains it...thanks

In my textbook (Bible College) it says that Christ lived from 6 B.C. to A.D. 30...now if he was 30 when his ministry began and it lasted for 3 years (roughly 3 1/2). So then he died when he was 33...what happened to the other 3 years?? (6 B.C. to A.D. 30 is 36 years...or 35 years depending on wether or not there was an actual year 0 which i am not certain of) Am I missing something? things like this are really making it hard to study lol.
