Your very long reply deserves an earnest response, but The length of my reply will contain fewer words.

The primary problem I have with the case you presented is the contextual errors prevalent in your main evidence. (Isa. 14:12-14)

-Isaiah 14:12-14. This chapter up to verse 24 alludes to the actions of the King of Babylon as being similar in intent as those of Satan. For this he was given the name Lucifer. It cannot be supposed that all of the things attributed to this Lucifer here can be attributed to Satan (When did Satan cut down trees in Lebanon for example) However all of these things can be attributed to the King of Babylon who is clearly named here, and Isaiah is told to address this prophecy to him. Why would God get Isaiah to prophecy to Satan, it makes no sense when the rest of the message is for humans. Further on it says this Lucifer will be buried alone because he has slain his people. He finishes with saying he will make Babylon a possession for porcupines, not a strong threat to Satan, but serious insult to the king.

My conclusion here is this is a message to the King of Babylon only.

Also the flood in 2 Peter 3:3-7, is clearly Noah

I would prefer it if you could present your points a few at a time. I realize your theory is complicated, but for the sake of argument it is better to work on ideas individually.

I don't usually put my words into other peoples posts, but there is no way I can acheive this with nested quotes.

My words are in blue, yours are in black

I have tried to address all of your verses and comments

(Gen 1:1-2)

Try this paraphrase on for size.

1 In the beginning God created Space and matter. 2 The matter was without form, and void; And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the matter.

(Rev. 12 : 7-15) Simply explains that are heavenly beings that follow God, and some that are fallen and follow Satan. Also makes mention of the beast. Gives no support to prior kingdoms

(Heb. 2 : 5-9)

I find it fascinating that you use this bit of scripture because the only evidence it contains pertaining to your case actually kills your theory. Please read my interjections to these verses.

5 For He has not put the world to come, of which we speak, in subjection to angels. God did not leave our future in the hands of angels (not ever). This is significant as God does not consider angels rightful rulers of His creation.

6 But one testified in a certain place, saying: "What is man that You are mindful of him, Or the son of man that You take care of him? The question is what is it about man that makes him significantly different than other created beings?

7 You have made him a little lower than the angels; You have crowned him with glory and honor, And set him over the works of Your hands. God set man over the works of God’s hands. This is a difference from angels who were not set over the works of God’s hands. If God had done so in the past in regards to Satan’s kingdom, this would not be a significant difference between men and angels. Here the author is showing the difference.

8 You have put all things in subjection under his feet." For in that He put all in subjection under him, He left nothing that is not put under him. But now we do not yet see all things put under him. Man will be over all creation but currently there is rebellion. Satan was not put over all creation previously.

9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels, for the suffering of death crowned with glory and honor, that He, by the grace of God, might taste death for everyone.

(Isa. 14:12-14)

Once again: This is a prophecy against the King of Babylon. It is nonsensical that in mid statement the object of the prophecy suddenly changes to Satan. This is the main foundation of your argument and it doesn’t work. I quoted from verse 4 to 24 for the sake of context.

4 that you will take up this proverb against the king of Babylon, and say: "How the oppressor has ceased, The golden city ceased! King of Babylon, Not Satan

5 The LORD has broken the staff of the wicked, The scepter of the rulers; Kings (plural) of the world

6 He who struck the people in wrath with a continual stroke, He who ruled the nations in anger, Is persecuted and no one hinders. When did Satan rule the Nations?

7 The whole earth is at rest and quiet; They break forth into singing.

8 Indeed the cypress trees rejoice over you, And the cedars of Lebanon, Saying, ‘Since you were cut down, No woodsman has come up against us.’ When did Satan cut down trees?

9 "Hell from beneath is excited about you, To meet you at your coming; It stirs up the dead for you, All the chief ones of the earth; It has raised up from their thrones All the kings of the nations. Is hell likely to be excited to receive Satan it would seem that he already rules there? Hell is more likely excited to receive a fallen king. Also sounds poetic in nature

10 They all shall speak and say to you: ‘Have you also become as weak as we? Have you become like us?

These are other human kings, contemporaries to the King of Babylon

11 Your pomp is brought down to Sheol, And the sound of your stringed instruments; The maggot is spread under you, And worms cover you.’ More about the king

12 "How you are fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How you are cut down to the ground, You who weakened the nations! Now I can see where this part has got you thinking because the king is now called Lucifer. But the object of the speech did not just change before our eyes. This is metaphor, and it fits with the style with this passage. The king is compared to Satan, even given the name Lucifer. Show me another example where Lucifer is used in The Bible as Satan’s name.

13 For you have said in your heart: ‘I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God; I will also sit on the mount of the congregation On the farthest sides of the north;

14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds, I will be like the Most High.’ All of this is a continued metaphor

15 Yet you shall be brought down to Sheol, To the lowest depths of the Pit. Works for either case

16 "Those who see you will gaze at you, And consider you, saying: ‘Is this the man who made the earth tremble, Who shook kingdoms, Works for either case, the metaphor is still being expanded

17 Who made the world as a wilderness And destroyed its cities, Who did not open the house of his prisoners?’ This cannot be Satan he has not destroyed any cities or made the world a wilderness

18 "All the kings of the nations, All of them, sleep in glory, Everyone in his own house; Other human kings

19 But you are cast out of your grave Like an abominable branch, Like the garment of those who are slain, Thrust through with a sword, Who go down to the stones of the pit, Like a corpse trodden underfoot. Can’t be Satan

20 You will not be joined with them in burial, Because you have destroyed your land And slain your people. The brood of evildoers shall never be named. Can’t be Satan

21 Prepare slaughter for his children Because of the iniquity of their fathers, Lest they rise up and possess the land, And fill the face of the world with cities." Can’t be Satan

22 "For I will rise up against them," says the LORD of hosts, "And cut off from Babylon the name and remnant, And offspring and posterity," says the LORD. Can’t be Satan

23 "I will also make it a possession for the porcupine, And marshes of muddy water; I will sweep it with the broom of destruction," says the LORD of hosts. This is about Babylon

24 The LORD of hosts has sworn, saying, "Surely, as I have thought, so it shall come to pass, And as I have purposed, so it shall stand: And it did happen just like that to the king of Babylon

(Eph.2:2; 6:12) No one is questioning whether there are powers and principalities of darkness.

(John 12:31; 14:30; 16:11) These verses all call Satan the ruler of this world. This is not in contradiction with the traditional Genesis interpretation.

(Matt. 4:1-11) Adds nothing to your case

(Job 1:6; 2:1) Very interesting passage revealing Satan’s apparent access to third heaven. Does not do anything for your case however

(Zec. 3:6) Very interesting passage revealing Satan’s apparent access to third heaven. Does not do anything for your case however

“That Gods throne is located somewhere in the northern part of the vast universe, for promotion comes neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge: HE PUTTETH DOWN ONE and SETTETH UP ANOTHER (Psalms 75:6-7). God put down Lucifer and set up Adam.”

It does not say this or imply this. It simply says God is the judge and some will be lifted up and some will be cast to the pit. Nothing more

Who can show which "In the beginning," is a different time factor?

"In the beginning was the Word," (John 1;1) and "In the beginning God created." (Gen. 1:1). Why would one have a beginning and the other not? Which "in the beginning" has a beginning, and which has an endless eternity past? Please explain this again, I do not get your meaning

The Word was with God. And all things were made by Him; and without Him was not anything made that was made." (John 1:1-3) Yes

In the Scriptures it states that the heavens cannot be measured and the host of heaven cannot be counted (Jer. 31:37; 33:22-25). If this is true then the material universe is vast beyond conception, and as God has existed from all eternity, "In the Beginning was the Word etc.," (John 1:1), and "In the beginning God created, etc., (Gen. 1:1), it is hard to concieve that He only decided a few millenniums ago to do something. Nearly everything about God is difficult to conceive, that is why when people meet Him they fall on their face before Him like they were dead. The first struggle began when Lucifer attempted to exalt his kingdom above the angles of God and dethrone God from His universal kingdom over all other kingdoms in the universe. In his rebellion against God and in his ascension into Heaven and above the clouds from the Earth (Isa. 14:12-14) See prior comment on this verse he was cast out of Heaven and back down to the ground and was dethroned. God destroyed the Earth, turned it upside down, and flooded it. Only theoretical, no scriptures describe this event. Although deprived of his kingdom and exalted position Satan was not deprived of the power which was his by nature for he still has great power in the heavenlies and over the Earth that was usurped from Adam (Eph.2:2; 6:12; John 12:31; 14:30; 16:11; Matt. 4:1-11). Yes. He still has access to Heaven and accuses the saints before God day and night (Job 1:6; 2:1; Rev. 12:10-12; Zec. 3:6). Yes. Scriptures teach that God created the Heavens and the Earth, in the distant past and God put Lucifer in charge of the earth Not Earth but something it is not clear and eventually "iniquity" was found in Lucifer and he rebelled against God. This must have taken a very long time because Lucifer convinced over one third of God's innumerable angels to rebell with him. It would seem it would take a long time, however we are unfamiliar as to how heavenly creatures function in the boundries of time. It could have been instantaneous for all we know Lucifer wanted to knock God off His Throne and take over Gods Kingdom. Naturally he was defeated. Yes

Hi canuckamuck.

You replied,

" God destroyed the Earth, turned it upside down, and flooded it. Only theoretical, no scriptures describe this event."
.

God did destroy the Earth and flood it as Scripture plainly shows.

There are definate contrasts between the flood of Lucifer Gen. 1:2, and the flood of Noah. The two floods are completly different floods and occured at different times. The first, Lucifers flood is the flood on the earth "That then was." Noah's flood was on the earth "That now is."

Calling Lucifers flood L.F. and calling Noah's flood N.F. we can see scripturally that they are two different floods.

L.F. Earth made waste (Gen. 1:2; Jer. 4:23-26; 2 Pet. 3:5-6).

N.F. Earth not made waste (Gen. 8:11-12, 22 ; Heb. 11:7 ; 1 Pet. 3:20).

L.F. Earth made empty (Gen. 1:2 ; Jer. 4:23).

N.F. Earth not made empty (Gen. 6:18-22 ; 8:16).

L.F. Earth made totally dark (Gen. 1:2-5 ; Jer. 4:23-26).

N.F. Not made totally dark (Gen. 8:6-22)

L.F. No light from heaven (Gen. 1:2 ; Jer. 4:23-26).

N.F. Light from heaven (Gen. 8:6-22).

L.F. No day and night (Gen. 1:2-5).

N.F. Day and night (Gen. 8:1-22).

L.F. All vegetation destroyed Gen. 1:2 ; 2:5-6 ; Jer. 4:23-26).

N.F. Vegetation not destroyed (Gen. 8:11, 21 ; 9:3, 20).

L.F. No continued abating of the waters off the earth (Gen. 1:6-12).

N.F. Continued abating of the waters from the earth by evaporation (Gen. 8:1-14).

L.F. Waters taken off the earth in one day (Gen. 1:10).

N.F. Months of waters abating off the earth (Gen. 8:1-14).

L.F. God supernaturally takes waters off the earth (Gen. 1:6-12).

N.F. Natural work of evaporation of the waters off the earth (Gen. 8:1-14).

L.F. No rebuke or miraculous work in fled away (Gen. 1:6-12 ; Ps. 104:7).

N.F. No rebuke or miraculous work is taking waters off the earth (Gen. 8:1-14).

L.F. The waters on earth in Gen. 1:2, hasted away when rebuked (Gen. 1:6-2 ; Ps. 104:9).

N.F. The bounds already eternally set for waters in Gen. 8:1-14).

L.F. All fish were totally destroyed in flood of Gen. 1:2 ; Jer. 4:23-26).

N.F. No fish were destroyed of created again after Noah's flood (Gen. 1:20-23 ; 6:18-22).

L.F. No fowles left on the earth after (Gen. 1:2 ; Jer. 4:23-26).

N.F. Fowles were left after Noah's flood (Gen. 6:20 ; 8:7-17).

L.F. No animals left after (Gen. 1:2 ; Jer. 4:23-26 ; 2 Pet. 3:5-6).

N.F. Some of all animals kept alive (Gen. 6:20 ; 8:17 ; 9:2-4, 10-16).

L.F. No man left on earth in Gen. 1:2 ; Jer. 4:23-26 ; 2 Pet. 3:5-6).

N.F. Eight men and women left after Noah's flood (Gen. 6:18 ; 8:15-22 ; 9:1-16 ; 1 Pet. 3:20).

L.F. No social system left at all in Gen. 1:2 ; Jer. 4:23-26 ; 2 Pet. 3:5-6).

N.F. A social system left after Noah's flood (Gen. 8:15-22 ; 9:1-16 ; 1 Pet. 3:20).

L.F. No ark made to save men in Gen. 1:2 ; jer. 4:23-26 ; 2 Pet. 3:5-6).

N.F. An ark made to save men and animals alive (Gen. 6:8-8 : 22 ; 9:1-16 ; Heb. 11:7).

L.F. Cause: fall of Lucifer, now Satan (Isa. 14:12-14; Jer. 4:23-26; Ezek. 28:11-17 ; Luke 10:18).

N.F. Cause: wickedness of men (Gen. 6:5-13) ; and fallen angels (Gen. 6:1-4; Jude 6-7 ; 2 Pet. 2:4).

L.F. Result: became necessary to make new life on earth (Gen. 1:3-2 : 25 ; Isa. 45:18 ; Eph. 3:11).

N.F. Results: no new creation made, for all men and animals were not destroyed (Gen. 6:18-8 : 22 ; 9:1-16).

Hazard: once again you posted a concordance worth of references to prop up your unconvincing Gap theory flood.

To go over every reference over and over agian in respect to comparisons you have listed would take much more time than it would be worth,

So what I have done is listed your references and spoken to each of them only once.

I have only done so in regards to you Lucifer's flood verses. The flood of Noah is not in dispute. My rational is that if Lucifers flood did not exist, than references to Noah's flood are not relevant. I accept that there different representation of the flood throughout scritpure, and just as the gospels tell a story with different visuals and facts, they do indeed tell of One Christ and one crucifixion. The same is true about the flood that made Noah famous.

Peter spoke about the world that then was. This is the world that then was. God spoke, and as soon as the materials were made, God created and formed with His hands the heavens, with all its light and darkness first, then the Earth, all in the beginning, or in the dateless past (Gen. 1:1; Job 38:4-7). God created the heavens and the earth to be inhabited and He gave Lucifer control of the Earth kingdom (Col. 1:15-18; Rev. 12:12; Ezek. 28:11-18; Isa. 14:12-14). Lucifer obeyed God and ruled for an unknown time before he rebelled and invaded heaven to try and de-throne (Ezek 28:11-18; Isa. 14:12-14).

Naturally Lucifer was defeated, and his kingdom on the earth was totally destroyed by a flood and by the fierce anger of God (Gen. 1;2; Jer. 4:23-26; Ps. 104:5-9; 2 Pet. 3:5-6), hence the severe geological contortions of the earth's crust, vast deposits of bones in various places world wide, fossiles thousands or millions of years old etc. The earth was turned upside down in this process, ever wondered why the moon is poc marked by countless craters, and yet we never see anything plowing into it these days causing such destruction. What about the other dead planets in our immediate solar system? The flood God caused to cover the earth remained for an unknown period of time, and then God, in six days restored the earth to a habitable state and made Adam and his creation to carry out the original plan of God conserning the Earth (Gen. 1:3-2:25).

Lucifer and his spirit rebels caused man to fall and by this regained dominion of the earth through Adams submission (2 Cor. 11:3; Eph. 2:1-3; 6:10-18; Rom. 5:12-21). Lucifer has been in control ever since and he will remain in control untill the second coming of Jesus Christ who will put down all rebellion in the Millennium. God will then finally make a New heavens and a New Earth wherein dwelleth righteousness forever (1 Cor. 15:24-28; Rev. 19:11-22:5).

This doctrin is too simple for most men to understand, so they reject it.

Now, 2 Peter 3:5-7 expresses this clearly in plain human language, "For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing (emerging) out of the water and in the water:

Whereby the world THAT THEN WAS, being overflowed with water, PERISHED:

But the heavens and the Earth, WHICH ARE NOW, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men."

This is where people become confused and say the world "that then was," was the world before Noah's flood, but this cannot be because:

If the world that THAT THEN WAS" is that between Adam and the flood of Noah, then God created The heavens and the Earth WHICH ARE NOW" since the flood of Noah. Noah and his family lived prior to his flood and after it. The world "THAT THEN WAS PERISHED" and everything in it also perished. What change could Noah's flood make to the heavens? None, for floods on Earth can never cover the heavens. The earth, vegetation, the heavens, all remained the same after Noah's flood.

Peter, in (2 Peter 3:3-7) taught that scoffers were totally ignorant of the flood that destroyed the social system and the earth "that then was" (lucifers flood). These scoffers all knew of Noah's flood and still know today. This proves that the truth of the flood that destroyed the original creation was hidden from them, while they knew about Noah's flood.

What was it that the scoffers were ignorant of unless it was the destruction of the social system before Adam?

This is the doctrin of which men are still ignorant of, which they call "the gap theory." Peter said that the scoffers were willingly ignorant of this truth showing that it is a clear doctrin of Scripture if men would stop being ignorant of it. There are many Scriptures that make this doctrin clear; so "If any man wants to be ignorant, let him be ignorant," as Paul expressed in (1 Cor. 14:38).

Peter said these scoffers of the last days, the days we are in now, since Noah, would be ignorant of the fact that the heavens were of old; that the social system ruled by Lucifer on the old Earth perished by water; that the heavens and the Earth since the six days of restoration are kept in store to be purified again- the next time by fire; that the Lord is not slack concerning His promises of final restoration of the earth to its third perfect state; and that God was longsuffering to all men, not willing that any should perish, but all come to repentance.

Hazard, None of your verses say what you would like them to say. You seem to really want to believe there is an ancient earth, so you twist things to fit your idea. I have spent a lot of time looking at and considering what you have said, and instead of engaging me in a conversation, you just re-post the same old references. It appears you have a notebook full of this stuff that you just copy and paste. And I am quite sure that you haven't spent any time reading my comments.

So here I will re-post my last comments as it seems this is what you consider debate.

Once again your theory seems to dangle on precious little substance, and against a great deal of common sense and evidence that the Earth was created once.

If you are desperate to find a reason why the Earth appears to be so old. Consider these two facts.

1) God needed to put man into an environment that would sustain life.

2) God needed to provide a world where the elements had predictable properties so He set in place natural laws. So Adam and later mankind, could learn/survive/adapt/develop.

These two facts would be in opposition to each other if Adam was placed on a planet where the elements had not yet settled into equilibrium.

It was necessary for God to place Adam into a place that was mature, for the same reason Adam was placed into Eden already mature. Everything in creation was mature. The animals were mature. The trees had fruit. The heat from the sun was already there and pleasant, the light from distant stars was already there. The solar system had a stable orbit, and the atmosphere was breathable.

Even in the first week young earth had some old characteristics, One day old Adam was a fully mature adult. Same same.

Cheers

One more thing.

You seem to think that Lucifer's flood turned mountains upside down and caused what scientists now call the fossil record.

But then you also say the Earth became without form and was void before God reformed it. How did your fossil record stay intact during the reforming of the Earth?

Because it takes vegetation time to grow, die and accumulate, you can be sure that these kinds of alternating coal/rock sequences, which contain coal seams ranging from inches to several feet thick, required many, many years to form. (Coal is formed from the remains of trees and ferns. )

According to the Bible, Noah's flood only lasted one year; therefore, it is impossible for these seams to have been formed by the single global flood event. These formations are orderly and well differentiated, which is uncharacteristic of deposits left by rapid flooding. In many locations, these sequences which originally formed in a horizontal position, are now tilted at various angles; some are now vertical and others have been found to be turned upside down. The tectonic processes to accomplish this require millions of years. You can be sure it occurred long before Noah's days, not during a one-year flood.

If you calculate the amount of carbon in the coal that has already been mined and couple it with known deposits that have yet to be mined, there is no possible way that the amount of vegetation required to make that much coal could be growing on the face of the Earth during any single year.

It takes great pressures and long periods of time for sediments to compact and cement into rock. There was insufficient time in a one-year flood period to produce the massive sedimentary deposits of the Appalachians, especially that well sorted. Whatever materials and debris may have been left on the land after the waters of Noah's flood receded would have been quickly eroded by rains in a few brief years following the flood. THAT is why there is no remaining widespread physical evidence of a world-wide flood today. Later, when we present our model for Noah's flood, the "fountains" of which were mid-oceanic geysers on a massive scale, you will learn that there would have been very little sediment load in the flood waters outside of what was washed down from the mountains of the land areas during the 40 days and nights of torrential rains.

(another example) "The La Brea Tar Pits of southern California are an excellent example of such an occurrence. If the sedimentary rocks which contain the petroleum were formed by Noah's flood, where did Noah get the bitumen he used to seal the joints of the Ark to make it waterproof, BEFORE the flood?"

I have worked in the coal mining industry for over thirty years and have seen all these things with my own eyes.

You seem to understand geology so I will ask you these things.

-Did Adam's garden have soil?

-Did the 4 rivers have small rocks, large jagged ones, or did the water flow over cooled lava?

-There were fish in the sea, but did the beaches have sand?

- How much salt was in the sea? enough to support marine life?

Usually we do not consider these points, we just see the garden as being ready to go. This is because God calls it a garden and our mind sees soil and pleasant streams. Creationists have no problem imagining soil in the garden. However from a strictly geological point of view, just to have soil, sand, smooth rocks, proper salt content in the ocean; natural law requires a massive amount of time. Much more time than the biblical account.

So now you have to decide. Did God put Adam into a garden that had soil during the seven days of creation? If you believe that then you also have to assume that the earth was created in a state of readiness to support life. That means nutrients in the soil, drainage, mineral deposits, and so on. I believe this is what an intelligent omnipotent being would do.

If you are basing your view of creation on the evidence that coal take millions of years to be produced in the amount available today. I can see why you cannot reconcile the bible with your own understanding. Why not imagine for a moment that god put coal where he wanted coal? He certainly put all the other minerals and compounds where ever He pleased. Adam certainly was not left waiting for these processes to complete, before he had his first meal.

Think about this a while and see if this does not make some level of sense. Remember we are talking about an unlimited being who spoke everything else into being in perfect obedience to His will.

"You seem to understand geology so I will ask you these things.

Much more time than the biblical account."

In answer to this question the Bible tells us that, "In the beginning [literally, by periods or ages] God created the heaven [Hebrew, heavens] and the earth," it does not say "Six thousand years ago God created the heavens and the earth," as is generally taught by man. Does anyone know just when the beginning was? If anyone does know, then they know more than God as revealed. If no one knows just when the beginning was then it stands to reason that we just do not know and therefore, we should not teach that the beginning was 6,000 years ago. As far as any man knows it could have been six billion years ago.

When we speak of the six days and the creation of the present life in Earth, we can speak with definate authority that it was 6,000 years ago. This can be seen by the lengths of the various dispensations since Adam.

Some teachers use Exodus 20:8-11; 31:17 to prove that the heavens and the Earth were created in the six days of Gen. 1:3-2:25, and therefore, that they were created about 6,000 years ago. However, nothing is said of the original creation of the heavens and the Earth in these passages. In these Scriptures the Hebrew, asah, meaning to make out of already existing material, is used instead of the word bara, to creat. These verses picture the re-creation work of the six days, and not the original creation "In the beginning." Asah never means to create.

Undoubtedly, God created and made the different parts of the material universe and each thing therein, using the same care as in the six days when He restored the planet Earth to a habitable state and made a new order of Earth creatures, after its destruction and ruin caused by the first war ever fought. This war was a cataclismic battle between God and Satan, when Lucifer invaded Heaven to cast God out. Satan was defeated and cast back down to the Earth, as is written in Isa. 14:12-14; Luke 10:18. This war was fought long before the days of Adam, for Lucifer was already a fallen creature when he came into Adams Eden. For an unknown period, there was an original social system on this Earth ruled by Lucifer as proved in (Isa. 14:12-14; 45:18; Jer. 4:23-26; Ezek. 28:11-17; 2 Pet. 3:5-7). Along with this origional social system there were land animals, birds, fish, and other creatures created, and they were destroyed in the flood of Gen. 1:2; Ps. 104:5-9; 2 Pet. 3:5-7. It is to this period that all fossils and remains of animals belong, as well as geological formations of the Earth.

Between these original creation's of God, "In the beginning' and the creations of the six days, is revealed the rule of Lucifer on the earth for an unknown period, his rebellion against God, the Earth's first sinful career, the defeat of Lucifer by God, and the overthrow of his kingdom by the first recorded flood on the earth in Gen. 1:2. Lucifer was the first ruler on the earth and he already had his period of Earth rule and his fall by the time of Adam.

In the work of the six days, it is stated that God with His hands FORMED each of the living creatures and man out of the dust of the ground (Gen. 1:20-27; 2:7-25; Job 26:13; Rom. 9:20; 1 Tim. 2:13). It is not only clear that God created the heavens and the Earth and all things "In the beginning," or each in its own period, but it is also clear the God FORMED all things with His hands. God formed both light anddarkness (Isa. 24:7). He did not do this on the first day of Gen 1:3-5, for at that time He merely DIVIDED them. Therefore THEY MUST HAVE BEEN CREATED AND FORMED before the first day. It is also stated that God with His hands FORMED the Earth (Ps. 8:3, 6; 90:2; 95:5); the heavens (Ps. 8:3; 9:1; 102:25; Isa. 40:12; the planets (Ps.8:3; Isa. 40:26; 45:12; 48:13; Heb. 1:10) and all things (Prov. 26:10). From a study of all these Scriptures and those on the creation af all things, it is clear that by the Word of God the materials were brought into existence, and then by His hands God formed the materials into the various parts of the universe. That is, as God spoke, the materials came into existence and as fast as they materialized He used them to form all things with His hands. (Ps. 8:3; 2 Pet. 3:3-9; Prov. 26:10).

Judging from what was done by God in six days, it took God a long time to originnaly create or bring into existence the material and use it to form with His hands each sun, moon, star, planet, and each creature that inhabits the vast endless universe. God took one day to merly divide the light from the darkness on this little planet Earth. How much time He originally took to bring into existence all the light and darkness of the entire universe is not known, but evidently He took a longer time than one day. God took one day to divide the waters which covered the Earth and restore the firmament and took one day to restore the earth and set bounds to the seas, therefore He naturally took a much longer period to originally bring the materials into existence and form the waters, the firmament, and the earth with its many mountains and valleys. God took one day to complete solar regulation in connection with the restored Earth, but He evidently used a much longer period to originally bring into existence and formed with His own hands the vast heavens and all the suns, moons, stars, and planets that are without number. God took two days to form the fish, fowls, beasts,, man and woman. He naturally took a much longer period to originally creat and form each inhabitant of the vast heavens and the many animals and inhabitants who originally lived on the Earth during Lucifer's kingdom, long before the chaos of Gen 1:2 and the six days of Gen.1:3-2-25.

In other words, if God took six days to restore one little planet to a habitable state and form new inhabitants for the earth, He would naturally take a much longer time to originally create and form with His hands the vast universe with all of its innumerable suns and planets along with their inhabitants

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
