I didn't get your lesson, but I did get an email from them asking for permission to email me your lessons. So hopefully it works from tomorrow :noidea:.

Tea - omelette again, like last night..... and a small piece of home made carrot cake :emot-highfive:. It's healthy, I swear :emot-hug:. I made it as a healthy treat to bring to the party tomorrow, at least I know what is in it.

OK I have been avoiding getting on the scales until tonight. I just realised I've put on 20 lbs since I first fell pregnant. 6 months post birth its getting rediculous :emot-highfive:.

Anyone want to encourage me, or diet with me? I've never had to diet before, I was always healthy and trim until now. I feel frumpy and almost embarassed to show myself in public around people because they realise I've "let myself go".

Cut out the cheese, sugar, and fats out of your diet. Use recipies that call for garlic and apple cider vinegar. They will both help you burn the extra calories. Dilute apple cider vinegar in a glass of water to the point that its drinkable, and drink a glass a day. I drink mine straight, but don't recommend it. (It tastes awful, but you can feel it cleansing your system.)

Praying for your speedy recovery. Get your husband or a friend to get on an exercise program with you so you have each other's support and won't give up so easily.

I went the whole day until 7:00 without solids! Then I only had one dinner!! Same as last night's dinner....

We're going so well Andy by God's grace! Day 2 over! (as long as we make it through the night, lol)

Yay!

PS try the mousse soon! It's yummy!

"Holiday Diet Tips"

1 - If no one sees you eat it, it has no calories.

2 - If you drink a diet soda with a candy bar,

they cancel each other out.

3 - When eating with someone else, calories

don't count if you both eat the same amount.

4 - Foods used for medicinal purposes have

no calories. This includes any chocolate used

for energy, brandy, Sara Lee Cheesecake (eaten

whole), and Haagen-Daz Ice Cream.

5 - Movie-related foods are much lower in calories

simply because they are a part of the entertainment

experience and not part of one's personal fuel.

This includes Milk Duds, popcorn with butter, Junior

Mints, Snickers, and Gummi Bears.

6 - Cookie pieces contain no calories because the

process of breakage causes calorie leakage.

7 - If you eat the food off someone else's plate,

it doesn't count.

8 - If you eat standing up the calories all go to

your feet and get walked off.

9 - Food eaten at Christmas parties has no calories,

I felt sooo bad for laughing at that!! It's so true though. It's terrible!

And #3 is definately me... Even when I'm comparing how much I eat to my fiance who is about twice my height (just a little exaggeration...)!

Christmas party success, wahooooo.

I had one coffee with one sugar, one piece of my own healthy home made carrot cake (mmmm yumm) and some carrot and cucumber sticks with spicy salsa.

Breakfast was oat porridge, lunch was tuna on toast with mayo and pepper and a coffee. Dinner is juice. :emot-hug:
