i wrote this the otherday about how i was feeling.... if neone could answer sum of these questions i'd greatly appreciate it:

Why do i wander?

Why do i leave your side?

Why do i turn away,

from all that you have?

Am i so stupid who you are?

Cant i see the glory infront of me?

Why does my heart burn?

Why do i stumble?

cant i live always for you?

what am i missing?

What did i miss?

Why do i feel this way Lord?

Is the sin blocking me,

from reaching you?

Like a lot child,

searching for something it cannot see?

Please God!! Hear my pitty cry,

fill me with your love, don't let

me wallow in my own sorrow.

I just need you, you alone,

for only you can fill my

Spirit with goodness.

Why must i complain?

why does my voice drain out into the emptiness?

why must i ask why and not be content?

lol thanks yeah i know alot of others who feel this way to... for me this is a different style of lyric writing, i;ve writen a whole heep of songs debating over if i should post more on here and where... and if they would be accepted coz i'm only 16 so i maybe concidered 2 younge or something

I believe Rebecca St. James was 16 when she recorded her first album - so I don't think it's too young.

As for answering your questions - yes it it sin. But I have learned that in dealing with these issues myself, beating myself up for my sin doesn't work. However, when I deal with the issues behind the sin - then I can get somewhere!

Issues can be insecurities and hurts from the past, as much as learning how to be honest with God about your feelings, trusting His ways over your traditonal defenses, and such as that.

Hope that makes a little sense.
