.... If you do not become free of their bondage that they are putting on you, it will only cause you frustration that will not bear any thing good. You cannot change them. God made them that way.

Can you hear me?

Hear The Word Of The LORD

Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.

And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever.

If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. John 8:34-36

He Will Never Disappoint

For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. Romans 10:11

What church do you go to Joe? What denomination are you?

The Gospel

From the Bible the Gospel does not revolve soley around the personality of Jesus, the Son of God. Jesus is our Messiah who shed His blood so that our sins might be forgiven. We deeply appreciate that Truth. But that in itself does not constitute the complete Gospel. We need the understanding of Christ sacrifice. The Bible says, " Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12) Consequently, the name of Jesus Christ is absolutely vital. Jesus Christ is the most important Person ever to have walked the earth. He was, indeed, God in the flesh, the Son of God, who came as the Christ to give His life to atone for the sins of mankind. He has been resurrected to be the Savior of the world. All of this is true. And although it is extremely necessary--none of this is the sole focus of the Gospel of the Kingdom of God.

Mark 1:14 Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God,

Mark 1:15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.

The King-the Son of God--who was proclaiming the Gospel of the Kingdom, The Messiah Himself stood before them. The King of God's future Kingdom had arrived!

This is the Gospel, the "good news" message. Sent by God the Father through his Son "the Word of God"

There is clear agreement among the synoptic Gospels (Matthew-Mark-Luke) that the kingdom of God was the principal theme within Jesus message. Time and time again He used parables to illustrate aspects of the Kingdom. In some of His last words before His crucifixion, He remarked to His disciples that He would not partake of the Passover symbols until He would once again do so " with you in My Father's kingdom" Matt. 26:29

Luke 4:43 And he said unto them, I must preach the kingdom of God to other cities also: for therefore am I sent.

Matthew 9:35 And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people.

Luke 8:1 And it came to pass afterward, that he went throughout every city and village, preaching and shewing the glad tidings of the kingdom of God: and the twelve [were] with him,

Luke 9:1 Then he called his twelve disciples together, and gave them power and authority over all devils, and to cure diseases.

Luke 9:2 And he sent them to preach the kingdom of God, and to heal the sick.

Luke 10:1 After these things the Lord appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come.

Luke 10:9 And heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, The kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.

The Gospel that Jesus had sent the Apostles to preach was not centered on believing on Christ's person or receiving forgiveness of sins through His sacrifice. Just talking about Christ is not the Gospel.

It is only after Jesus was resurrected that He added this element to the message the Apostles were to preach. The name of Jesus Christ comprises who He is, what He has done for us and everything He has taught, commanded and stood for. This essential information was added to be taught alongside the Gospel of the Kingdom of God--after the death and resurrection of Jesus.

Luke 24:44 And he said unto them, These [are] the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and [in] the prophets, and [in] the psalms, concerning me.

Luke 24:45 Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures,

Luke 24:46 And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behooved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day:

Luke 24:47 And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

Acts 8:12 But when they believed Philip preaching the things concerning the kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women.

The true Church is to preach both elements: First the Gospel of the Kingdom of God and Second, the true name of Jesus Christ.

What is the Kingdom of God: Revelation 21:1-27 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. A literal kingdom ruled over by a prophesied Messiah

Isaiah 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

Isaiah 9:7 Of the increase of [his] government and peace [there shall be] no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.

Daniel 2:1-45 Forasmuch as thou sawest that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it brake in pieces the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold; the great God hath made known to the king what shall come to pass hereafter: and the dream [is] certain, and the interpretation thereof sure.

Israel had heard the gospel but failed to respond because of lack of faith. Hebrews 4:2 For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard [it].

Abraham the patriarch also heard of the gospel: Galatians 3:8 and the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, [saying], in thee shall all nations be blessed.

The Kingdom of God was proclaimed by God's servants before Jesus Christ's ministry on earth. The gospel reveals the glorious destiny of mankind. humankind has reduced the gospel to the story about the person of Jesus Christ while neglecting and overlooking the deeper and vastly more encompassing message He brought. He brought Good News--the most wonderful news this tired, troubled world can hear. An entire section of the New Testament is devoted to the historical record of the message Jesus Christ taught while on earth. This portion of the Bible, appropriately called " the Gospels," comprises the first four books of the New Testament. The writers of these accounts all tell us that Jesus' primary message was the gospel of the Kingdom of God. When Jesus Christ came preaching the gospel of the Kingdom of God, He built on the foundation already planned by God the Father from the beginning and revealed by the earlier prophets. As the messenger of the Kingdom, He revealed vital truths that were not understood from the Old Testament prophecies.

One of the great misunderstandings about the Kingdom, not made clear until revealed by Jesus Christ, was that thousands of years would separate His first coming as the sacrificial Lamb of God from His return as the conquering King of the Kingdom. His first coming fulfilled a vital part of the gospel of the Kingdom-His sacrifice to make possible our forgiveness, justifiication and ultimate entry into the Kingdom. His second coming will bring the establishment of that incredible Kingdom.

Abraham

By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went.

By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise:

For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God. Hebrews 11:8-10

Knew

Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.

In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.

And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. John 14:1-3

Chronicles says,

1 Chronicles 12:38 "All these, being men of war who could draw up in battle formation, came to Hebron with a perfect heart to make David king over all Israel; and all the rest also of Israel were of one mind to make David king.

39They were there with David three days, eating and drinking, for their kinsmen had prepared for them. 40Moreover those who were near to them, even as far as Issachar and Zebulun and Naphtali, brought food on donkeys, camels, mules and on oxen, great quantities of flour cakes, fig cakes and bunches of raisins, wine, oil, oxen and sheep. There was joy indeed in Israel.

and Romans...

Romans 14:17 "for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit"

John 18:36 "Jesus answered, "My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, then My servants would be fighting so that I would not be handed over to the Jews; but as it is, My kingdom is not of this realm."

Luke 17:20 "And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation 21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you."

The Kingdom of God is not a place where everything is wonderful and perfect. No, the kingdom of God is when we are at rest within ourselves with who we are and who all are, so that we may come in complete freedom and openess to share life through love with God our Father and all that He shows mercy to as our Bretheren.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
