According to unconfirmed news reports, the smoking toddler, Ardi Rizal, was witnessed by a reporter when he visited his home in the fishing village of Musi Banyuasin, in Indonesia's South Sumatra province. See Video Here!!! That is TERRIBLE!!!! Now you know that child was introduced to that by adults!!!! They could teach that child that smoking is wrong. The mother has since requested help with helping her child stop smoking... I think this child has many health issues - he is one of the heaviest 2 year olds I've ever seen.... There is so much poverty and ignorance about health issues there, I'm sure that while we think it's horrific - it's not a blimp on their survival radar. It is very sad. I was very saddened when i heard the laughter in the background. My mom says that people in third world countries do this because it takes away their hunger. As much as this sounds bad, i don't blame the parents, because that's probably how they grew up, how they were raised. I'll pray for that baby... Probaby the cheapest foods to buy in that part of the world are processed junk, just as they are in this country - it is often cheaper for a family of four to eat a take home meal of greasy fried chicken, biscuits and macaroni than it is to purchase leaner meats and fresh vegetables.... he may also have a thyroid condition or some other health issue.
