There would be a clamor for the President's resignation, an outcry from Congress, etc, etc, etc... Not if the President's party has the majority in Congress....regardless of who that President may be. And, I hate to break it to you but this is being reported nonstop on Fox and even occasionally on CNN. Don't know about the others; I don't watch them. It was also reported on my local ABC station.
