Job 31 1 "I made a covenant with my eyes not to look lustfully at a girl.NIV Curb the desires, say no to self. It is hard, but you'll be better for it. Hebrews 13:4 Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge. Lust is something you desire that you don't have....marriage means you have it. God says to be married if you cannot contain yourself. Or crucify the flesh with God's help until you do. If a person marries a person that they do not love because they were in lust and not in love, that does not mean they should forsake their marriage. They still made their vows unto God who holds them responsible. The statement you made above sounds like a person who may not even be a christian or a very carnal one.
