The bible says to lust in the heart is the same as adultery. I am guilty of this. I have this silly crush on Gerard Butler. And every time I see him on the internet, I stop and admire his, uhm, physique. Then I catch myself and have to repent. That is the sin of adultery even though I took no action on it. Ok, yes I have... I drool on the monitor. But I repented !!! LOL !! But surely any kind of romantic attraction is not the same as lust? I'm pretty sure it is. I'd have to do a study on it to refresh my memory, but like I said, I'm pretty sure that, yes, it's considered lust to gaze apon someone and entertain those kind of thoughts. However, seeing your mate for the first time and feeling all mushy and lovey dovey inside is another thing all together. But since, there's a banana's chance in a monkey cage of my meeting and marrying Gerard Butler, I'm pretty sure what I repented of was lust. everyone has natural hormone flows......
