I recall eating horse. Donkey and bison too. Interesting, I have never had horse or donkey before. What is the basic taste comparable to...chicken or? I'm not ignoring you, it's just that I have never had any horse before..... or donkey... so I can't tell you. Rattle snake tastes a little like chicken though the texture is a bit softer. but chicken usually tastes iike herbs and spices so it's hard to tell.
