contested case hearing

hello everyone, and thank you all for the recent prayers and support you have sent to me. today i had my contested case hearing, for my on the job injury, and my purpose in writing is that you pray for the judge to make the right decision, a lot of time has passed and my memory is not the best, so i am relying on the strength of evidence i provided to support my testimony.

i am praying too that the judge will be honest and just, and will wonder why my employer is spending so much money to not help me get better, and why they told lies under oath.

the closing statement my employer's lawyer even admitted through sarcasm that the insurance company and the employer were conspiring to prevent my claim being honored

my shift manager told the judge that i supposedly told her i was abducted by as a child while living in colorado, and suffered from headaches each day because of an improperly planted 'v' chip. she said there were 5 or 6 other children and they only took the most intelligent ones, and the purpose was to study the human race...i do get headaches in the fall and winter here in texas because of allergies to things like mold and cedar pollen - it's bad sometimes

i remember taking a book by whitely striber to work one time when she was working that was about stuff like that but come on, now,to testify to that during a contested case hearing on a workers compensation case, is that plagiarism or perjury?

and at the end of her testimony, my attorney asked her if she was a christian and she freaked out. she is a practising witch and my trouble all began when i began to pray for her about 1999 when i first worked for this company. she is a very unhappy person and she needs prayers too, but, the more i pray for her, the more hurt i get .

maybe i should forget about my claim and go on with my life, but the bone has to come out or it can become infected and cause a lot more problems, i guess maybe they wish i were dead, it sure seems like it.

can you all maybe pray for me for the next two weeks, i know i ask a lot, but i am so alone and i need support, and i have been diagnosed with severe/dangerous depression caused by the circumstance of my situation, and no doctor will treat me because of the issue of payment possibly being denied by the insurance company

i would really appreciate it. thank you all very much

also, and this is so important, my grandson has a flu or something, he is 4 and he hurts all over and is running a fever of 102%

Let all witchcraft against her be silent, confound and go back where it came from according to the word of God. Father, I pray that You restore that the locust have eaten in her life, and bless her abundantly with all blessings You have in store for her. Lead her and guide her in to all truth and the truth will set her free. Let deliverance come to her house, in the name of Jesus.

Very good question "Are you Navaho?" Never underestimate cultural influences and among this particular tribe there are some very virulent customs.

Yahaldlooshi... for instance. (my speliing might be off there...)
