Just keep in mind that even if we do vote the bums out, we may not have fixed the problem. Personally I was a lot more pleased with Bill Clinton and a Republican house and Senate than I was with either of the Bushes....... well except for the embarrassment of his zipper problem.

From the Texas Sec. of State

Interesting; I had not read that before. Observing is one thing, meddling is another. I sure hope it doesn't come to having to arrest these monitors but, in Texas, it just might.

I really don't know why the letter from the Secreatry of State was posted. She basically agree's with the Governor and the Rangers. I believe she was affirming what they've already stated. That if these folks have come with the intention of cooperation and in the spirit of learning how to put on a fair election and not to take sides in our Political struggles or exert their will that they are welcome and that the State will cooperate with them.

The more I hear stories like this, the more I like Texas. They don't take garbage from anyone. I stand with the Governor in support of this decision, regardless of that letter by the Secretary of State.

Read the letter carefully, Butero. She is not arguing against the arrest of these monitors.

There was no reason to say that except to be mean.

I know you like to criticize everything I say or do, maybe you should pray about that.

Anyway, MG said SHE found it interesting and she is actually from Texas.

It IS interesting, KatyAnn, and I understand why you posted that link. :mgbowtie:
