I would say still adolescent... are they properly informed and equipped with enough maturity to make such decisions?

My body, my right? Right? I don't want any of that to happen, but it won't be long before someone starts to make a case for all that. It's bizaare that people want to raise smoking age limits to 21, but when it comes to sex, and life and death decisions, a 15 year old is somehow ready to make those decisions. So, what if a 20 year old is having a sexual relationship with a 15 year old girl, and there's a chance she might become pregnant? The State has now become an accomplice to her rape, and is obstructing justice by allowing her or her rapist to cover it up. Giving a minor access to an abortifacent, such as this, is interfering with justice, if the person that got her pregnant is an adult. It is not the same as a condom either, the drug is only to be used after unprotected sex, to prevent a pregnancy, and will not protect her from getting a STI. Yet, anytime a pro-life advocate tries to change the laws to protect minors from sexual abuse, pro-abortion advocates are there to stop them. Do you all remember how outraged the American public was when the "Morning After" pill was even allowed to be used in the US? Talk about a slippery slope, now our children have access to it, so much for consenting adults making those decisions. We were told back then, that only people 17 and older could get it. “Today, we welcome the FDA’s decision to provide extended and improved access to this important product, a significant milestone for women,” said Teva vice president Marty Berndt. 15 year olds can't drive cars on their own, or even have a job, but are called Women? More pro-choice insanity.

They kill babies in the womb under the banner of "reproductive choice/heath." They seek to kill the elderly under the banner of "quality of life." They also encourage assisted suicide even for something as common as depression. This nation is neck deep in blood and thirsty for more.

Culture of death is a good summary of everything you mentioned. I noticed another common thread in everything you mentioned: self. As in an old idol that is new again: "Sacrificed on the altar of Selfishness."

But I'd like to add: 1. I don't think a drug like this should be available to anyone without a script. 2. By allowing 15 yr old's to buy this OTC we're condoning sex for minors. Once again our society is going in the wrong direction.

Basically the comments were, Prudes, Puritans, Pedophiles, Priests, and Parents. You know, standard fare for the anti-Christian bigots out there. All this will accomplish is more abuse to victims, and more irresponsible behavior from adults.
