Then you're having blueberry overnight oats made with almond milk and a coffee.

A "un-wich" with turkey, cheese, tomato, and bacon

And probably some oven roasted sweet potato with some lightly breaded chicken and perhaps some air fryer brussels sprouts to end the day.
