Saint's,

I was want to start this post with the Gospel.

We are a Strange people in a land not our own. We are going Home. We are called into communion with eachother by God's Grace. A family of believers the Body of Christ bound by the Gospel.

It is neccesary to preach it. Maybe we don't do it enough? I mean when we get into trouble is when we haven't been Faithful to it. Not believing it to be True. :) Sure it will get you into trouble. Simply because it is True. It will also set you Free. Might as well get to preaching it and be at Liberty;

The Lord Jesus Christ came down from heaven. From His estate of One and being with the Father. Born from above by the power of the Holy Spirit. He was born of a virgin, a willing chosen vessel of honor. Mary gave Glory to God with her obdedience and Faihtfulness. He lived a sin Free life. He preached repentance for sins. He healed many and forgave many fulfilling scripture. He is a Pleasing Obedient Son as Scripture testifies to. He suffered and was persecuted. He was Tried, Beaten beyond all recognition, and Crucified, dying on a Cross in our sinful place. He took the Wrath of God that was rightfully ours. He was buried He took on all the enemy had to put up(death and sin) and defeated it. By the very Word of God He lives. He Rose again by the power of the Holy Spirit and has ascended into heaven. He is seated at the right hand of the Father. Exalted in Glory. He will come again to judge the living and the dead and His Kingdom will have no end.

He relieved you of the condemnation you are already under. No small price to pay for His Father. His only begotten Son. So that He may beget all those who are His.

We believe that where He has gone we will go to. For the promise is Good.

This is our Blessed Hope and our Faith which overcomes this world.

Having said this I wanted to speak about Faith.

God has said in many various places in the Word. That He did not desire our Sacrifices rather our Faith and the condition of our heart towards Him. The Love of God more than burnt offerings. Why?

He purchased you at a great cost. He was redeeming what is Rightfully His. This was a great expense to Him. It was all He had. His Glorious Riches in Christ Jesus. Do you see? You were worth it. In God's sight you were worth it. He had to have you.

Let me speak of Faithfulness. I want to share. This has happened too many times for me to go into all the accounts.

I speak to my son about these things. My son has a Love for God. Nothing to offer mind you (five years old) Just a Love for God. If I had one tenth the Love? I'd be rich! Oh' Yes I used to when I was a child and God has remembered and been Faithful. I didn't have the tutoring he is getting. I still Loved God from as long back as I could remember. Oh' God is Faifthul brethren. He remembers that Love. That Love that had nothing to offer.

So my son was given a $5.00 bill for just being a Grandson. Even more than that he is a Son of God. So One Sunday he puts the whole $5.00 into the the collection plate. Me having lost my youth cry out,"Son your only supposed to put in $.50 cents." he say's, "Oh well I just wanted God to have it."" I Love Him."

Let's talk about being Faithful to that Love, so God can be Faithful to you. It was all he really had. At the age of five it was $5.00. He has to labor for 5 weeks to acquire this amount thru his allowance. (Although I've caught Momma slipping him a few here and there. LOL  )

So there are certain things he is not allowed to play with and I won't go into it here. He has been Faithful to God and his pops (me) and walked it out. So Sunday afternoon we were in a convenience store. He saw some things he's not allowed to play with. Asked and I said, "No!" He was like," well can I get Football cards? " Certainly It was just he and I and I just got paid handsomely. (Long story) He's a good son and I love him.

We get home and he rush's to show a friend. Ah' to be a child with Football cards?. His first set. Well time comes for us to depart later and he can't find them. We look. No dice. Now I am furious and he has made me late. I yell then repent.:wub:

He is distraugth in the car. I say,"Bud in times past God has proven Himself Faithful to you." Now myself I have not always been so believing. He is a child and doesn' t have baggage. We pray and ask the Lord to place them on the walkway or in the mailbox. We thank the Lord for His Faithfulness and my son's Love and the Love between us.

Done. I can't tell you how many times we have done this in the last year?

I went to the mailbox this afternoon, Scouts honor there they are. Blessed Lord God. He is faithful and I seriously was in doubt. I figured he left them in the street or in the woods near our house? Maybe we'd find them washed up in the gutter later after a heavy rain? We asked and apparently my beautiful son a gift from God who teaches me about Christ had believed.

The point is Saint's be Faithful to God so that when times of trouble come? He can be Faithful to you. He doesn't want your $5.00, He doesn't want your Football cards. He wants your Love and your belief. He wants every Good gift He has given in Christ Jesus to be a testimony in the Strange land. (Beautiful Blue and Purple Yarn, Gold and Silver and the know how of working it.)That every Word is True.:wub: He is a Faithful God. Yes there will be trouble in this life. fear not it's True, He has overcome! You see though if your walking it out? If your like what's $5.00 between me and God? I don't live here! I live in the Costly Love of Christ and I just want to Bless Him today! Then He can operate. He can Liberate. For this Love has overcome your age and the death and sin by which we were bound.

Be Faithful to God, so He can be Faithful to you. Showing forth His Mercies and Grace from generation to generation.

(Disclaimer; This has not been a properity Gospel session.)LOL :)

Peace,

Dave

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • George Whitten, the visionary behind Worthy Ministries and Worthy News, explores the timing of the Simchat Torah War in Israel. Is this a water-breaking moment? Does the timing of the conflict on October 7 with Hamas signify something more significant on the horizon?

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
