Perry wore clothing bearing an illuminated Knights Templar cross. Even E! Online tweeted that Perry’s performance resembled “actual witchcraft”. Source All I can think is that we need to start divorcing ourselves from the Entertainment Industry. This is what our dollars and time are going towards. Why are we engaging in and supporting this? P.S. Kudos to Natalie Grant for her words. Edit: The article misrepresented Natalie. She never stated why she left early, and the author wrote assumptions. You can read her response here. So even though I only saw a tiny bit of the Grammys, I still managed to get homosexuality, witchcraft and Christian-bashing thrown in my face. The whole shenanigans appeared to be have been authored by Satan himself! By the way, if you're familiar with the expression "Satan has all the best music", I can confirm that he doesn't. The music was terrible as well.

As are the Oscars. They are awards that entertainers give to each other. If all of America got a vote, the award might actually mean something. You do all have a vote! And look what you got, an Obama! Is that like a grammy??? Nope, that would be a shammy.

I didn't care for either one, so I read a book on my tablet. But, what I did see, pretty much matches up with what every one else is saying about it here. Though, knowing how infantile and shortsided the entertainment industry is, they weren't conjuring Satan, they were ridiculing and mocking Christians with their hedonistic performances. Unadulterated vanity was on display. They were worshipping themselves.
