Thank you all for your great counsel.  God has answered prayer for me, but I have been noticing that some of the bigger(est) manners about 4 to 5,  seem to have gone to deaf ears.  And on some of them it may be my own lust.  But on others to the best of my knowledge Scripture lines up with my petition yet nothing.

This has gotten under my skin so much that yesterday while at church singing, I was remembering an old saying that a Baptist Pastor one said.  Most Christian don't tell lies, they sing them.  While I sang or if you preferred made a joyful noise, I was wondering if I was doing just this.  If the song was just glorifying Christ Jesus or the Father or even the Holy Spirit, yes I was singing truthfully. But some of the other songs, not so sure I was singing the truth.

There is no question in my mind that God is able, just not sure about my faith.

How can we prayer as Elijah did, with so much power?

When I pray I ask that God's Will be done not "I want,I want,I want".This takes faith because what God gives you might be different than what you have asked for.
