That is code for telling Israel not to respond to this or any of the rockets that are being fired into Israel. He was silent for the entire time and didn't raise a voice against Hamas and their crime, but now when it is time for Hamas to pay a heavy, heavy price suddenly he has something to say, namely trying to protect Hamas from the justice they deserve.
