Black Americans HAVE been subjected to inequality, I don't think anyone disputes that, but they have full rights now and should take advantage of them....as Dr. Ben Carson has done. I find black folks are more distrustful of whites than they are prejudiced, most of the time. Often with good reason. I wish we could put the racial problems behind us. One of my dearest friends ever was black, a wonderful, devout Christian woman who liked everyone. Unfortunately, she was killed 11 years ago. I still think of her often.
