here is a post of mine i decided to move hope it is a help to someone!

For those of you wanting to witness but not sure how here is an outline to go by, mind you let God lead you. We are simply the glove on the surgeons hand we have to be bendable to be moved how he wants.

When witnessing it's good to go out with another believer Jesus sent the disciples out by two there was a reason for that, when one is witnessing the other can be praying or running interferrance. Carry some mints with you so as not to offend and carry a soulwinning bible not the FAMILY BIBLE that can be seen a mile away we dont want to scare them and have them not answer the door! when knocking on a door, dont just tap it but knock as if it was some one important i usually knock with a friendly knock. When the person arrives to the door introduce you and your partner with you, alot of times after some small talk i will ask them if there is any thing we can pray for them about. this seems to always loosen them up. a normal person does not mind prayer for them we were created to speak to God so most wont reject prayer unless they have hardened their heart. After praying for this person or after some small talk i will say to them. Sir or Mam I would like to ask you a personal question are you 100% sure that when you die that you are going to go to heaven or would you have some doubts. the person will respond in a couple of ways they will say yes im sure or no im not if they say that they believe they would go to heaven i will then ask them why they have that hope just to make sure they are basing thier salvation on Christ and not their good works if they tell me they are not saved or are not sure or are believing something besides Christ for salvation i then ask them if i can have the privilege of showing them from the scriptures how we can be sure. I will tell the person that they have to first realize their condition Romans 3:23 For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. i explain to them how we are all born with a sin nature and that we are all born into sin. Children are a great example of being born with sin you see you never have to teach a child to steal or lie. he will just do it because it is in his nature to a dog barks because he is a dog I sin because im a sinner. i then might ask them how many times do i have to lie to be considered a theif and they will say once then i will ask how many times do i have to lie to be a liar then i ask how many times do i have to sin to be a sinner just one! I might explain how God does not view people as good or bad sinners or good and bad sin but that God puts us all in one category we have all sinned. I then will ask him if he realizes he has sinned and not been perfect if he says yes i go onto the next verse if he does not understand i will explain it again to him dont ever go to the next step until they understand your point. After showing them their condition i will show them the consequence of being a sinner. Romans 6:23 says for the wages of sin is death; I explain that a wage is something you earn just like a check when i work i get my check for what i have done that is my wage what i have earned well for being a sinner i earn death this is what God has declared to be the penalty for sin now i explian how there are 2 deaths in the bible Revelation 20:14 says that death and hell were cast into the lake of fire this is the second death. I tell the person that to die the first death is to go to the grave but the second death is a spiritual death it is to be seperated from God in hell for all of eternity. After explaining the serious matters of the Bible then i share the good news the Gospel! 1Cr 15:3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 1Cr 15:4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: 1Pe 2:24 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.

i explain to them my penalty was death that is what Christ did he died! some times i use this illustration to explain it to them there was a man who went before a judge for a speeding ticket he told the judge he was guilty but asked for mercy from the court because he could not pay the penalty he could not afford it. well after listening to the man the judge slammed down the gravel and said his fine would be 150 dollars the judge then proceeded to get off the bench and pay the man's fine and that is just what God did with us he sent his Son down for us to pay the penalty we owed. I then show them how eternal life is a gift Romans 6:23 Rom 6:23 For the wages of sin [is] death; but the gift of God [is] eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. a gift is not some thing that is worked for it just has to be recieved by the person i show them Eph 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: [it is] the gift of God: Eph 2:9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. i then show them how they cant get to heaven by keeping the law Rom 3:20 Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law [is] the knowledge of sin because of the law i now have a knowledge that im a sinner another verse for the law is Jam 2:10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one [point], he is guilty of all. thats like me going and robbing a gas station then being charged with everything in the book murder rape etc and that is because you only have to sin once to be a sinner i tell the person if they realize they are a sinner and believe that God sent his Son to die for them and that Christ rose from the grave then they can be saved. just ask them do they believe if you ask they will tell you because i get it both ways then show them how easy it is to be saved Rom 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. say to the person your witnessing to "If Christ will recieve you just the way that you are and He will do just that would you be willing to recieve him as your Saviour and call upon him. after this if they pray i will go over and show them romans 10:13 again and ask them according to this verse what did God just do for you i will also show them john 3:36 for assurance after this i explain to them that they need to share their faith with others now Rom 10:11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. if they were in a burning building and i rescued them and when i saw them on the street they ignored me i would wonder what is wrong with them they should be greeting me and telling their friends about the one that risked his life well Christ gave his life and he does not want us to be ashamed of what he has done for us. I then encourage them to make a public profession of their salvation. and tell them i will pick them up for church on Sunday. if any one has any questions or comments they are welcome!

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
