The Bible says,

Ps 100:4)-Enter into His Gates with Thanksgiving, and into His Courts with Praise.

Note)-Praise is always the entry point. Scripture further tells us that the Lord is:

Ps 22:3)-" enthroned in the praises of His people,

Note)-When we praise Him,we not only come into His presence, but also invite His rule into our lives and current situations.

Thank Him For Who He Is,,!!

 1/ He is Our Savior,

2/ Our help,

3/ Our strong tower,

4/ Our guide.

Then, thank the Loed for what He has done.

Lam 3:22-23)-Bible tells us His mercies are new every Morning.

Note)-Every day there are things that happen in our lives that are only a result of the manifest grace of God. But without review, Those gifts can slip by unnoticed. So each Morning go back

and mentally review your day. Thanking Him for ( one situation ) were God kindness was showen to you. Be watchful for His kindness, thankful for His mercies.

Neh 9:17)- In this Chapter,it describes the Israelites journey through the wilderness, along with their many bad attitudes, disobedience, pride, presumption, rebellion, thanklessness,

Look vs,17)-tells us what allowed all the attitudes to find a place in their hearts of the people. They were not mindful of (His) wonders.

Note)-Another way to present yourself is in a physical stance of Worship.

Rom 12:1)-Instructs us to  "present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable worship.

Note)-Read a few Psalms and see how many different postures of Worship there are and present your body to the Lord.

Ps 96:1)- David says,Oh,sing to the Lord a new song.

Note)-This is a song that has never been sung before. And come before the Lord and be creative with your voice.

Eph 5:18)- Paul says " be filled with the Spirit".

                                                                                PRAISE WITH UNDERSTANDING.

                                                                                           PRAISE WITH THE SPIRIT.

Blessings.With Gods Grace,
