That is simply reality. Your country had made a commitment to implement The Budapest Memorandum. If you are afraid of Russia and you do not want implementation of the agreements it's your reputation that's at stake and not our. But why are you helping Russia? What is the benefit? No. So, whatever "articles' of the "Ukraine Constitution"you can provide are important to you, but meaningless to a Russian. How could it be any other way? USA had commitment to implement The Budapest Memorandum. It must be pretty important to the next US president, don't you think?

Crimea was historically TATAR not Russian. The Tatars were denied their sovereignty by the Soviets and sent into exile, and the plan was to wipe them out. Russia continues to spin history in its own favor, and Putin has only one goal -- re-establish the old Soviet Union. Trump had no business telling the world that it is OK for Russia to go back and grab Crimea and Ukraine. That goes against the fundamental principles of the United States. Instead he should have challenged the EU and NATO to ensure that this does not happen. Looks like Trump's advisers have abandoned him, and he is resuming his off-the-cuff remarks instead of presenting a carefully crafted foreign policy that not only protects the interests of the USA and Canada, but ensures that despots and megalomaniacs are kept in check. Putin needed to be put on notice by Trump.

The Crimea has been a part of Russia since 1783, has been a part of the "Russian republic" since 1917, and 2 years ago a referendum on the issue of "reunification with Russia" was held which returned a large majority in support of the proposal. So, i'll make a deal with you.. You tell me what state you are living in, and i'll tell you what Indian Tribe "owned" that land before they were butchered and forced to give it up to "White Europeans" of some type. See how it works? Its easy to see, if you're honest. Here..... see for yourself... Edited August 2, 2016 by Behold
