As is the right of every state or city.  I do not blame city or state votes on the president.

What gets passed in other states can be pushed on the state I live in.

These laws are being passed in democrat areas. So it is part of democrat policy to try and get rid of guns. Hasnt hillary expressed that she will fight for more gun control? Given all that, its not unreasonable to be concerned about them taking away gun rights.

Even the most strict gun law in the nation has not attempted to get rid of guns.  This is a myth

Hillary has said openly that she wants the Supreme Court to change it's decision that the second amendment applies to individual people, and wants it to apply only to a militia...   Which removes all rights to own a gun for the individual people.

Other senators have expressed the same.

The Heller decision she is speaking of took place in 2008.  Did you own guns prior to 2008?

the supreme court said that it was the individual that had the right to bare arms before that is had not been questioned, but a couple of supreme court judge appointments and that could easily be changed.  It is my understanding that only pertained to Washington DC.    The one that included the States I believe was 2010.   but the Heller decision freed up people to purchase guns for the only people who could do so had to have them before 1975 when the laws were passed forbidding gun purchasing after 1975.

When Scalia died Chelsea remarked that gun laws could be changed now.....   and most likely will be if they get to appoint one before the next president takes over.....    and for two generations if Hillary wins.

It has been suggested before  that since owning a firearm is constitutionally protected, they could simply ban ammunition.  You can buy all the guns you want, but without the ammunition, the point of owning a gun is done away with.  That's how liberals could circumvent the Constitution.

that's why they have people that can make there own bullets

Explain

People wouldn't care if the Government banned guns. Because people know how to make them and they will always be in population regardless of what the Government says. If they don't have big guns they will have small guns. They have so many types of guns that you wouldn't even be able to know if it was or wasn't a gun.

Yes, the FBI and the CIA use all kind of devices that are a gun that you would never know. Kind of like 007 :D
