You post seems . . . designed to stir up strife, so I'm not going to go for it. I tend to wait a few days to see what the investigations turn up before deciding what is and isn't a terrorist attack. Anything before then is just guessing by the media and everyone else. The truth has an annoying habit of coming out within 72 hours or so . . . it varies.
