We're told in the Word that if a brother or sister transgresses that we should take our concern to them in private. Sounds good to me as a matter of respect on all sides. Drop it or people will begin to be banned and points will be handed out. No more baiting, no more personal finger pointing, time to let it go. If you feel the need to resolve the issue further, take it to PM and not in the open board. If any violation of the ToS happens in PM, report the PM.
