Who knows what's really being planned.........can't believe a single word that comes out of anybody's mouth nowadays ........these are days of truth being thrown to the ground like no other.....just as prophesied.  Everyone but everyone on all sides have their own agenda and propaganda.  There is none righteous, no not one.  It is kingdom against kingdom........Satan's kingdom divided against itself and the battle is heating up........good and evil fighting it out, and all sides having some of both (mixture/Babylon....yes it started in the Garden).....whereas we are like Abraham looking for a kingdom that is not of this world at all, looking up.  Keep our eyes above and the LORD will lead us safely through all the mess and to our true home.  He is the only one who can.  And He is the one running the world, we can't...He is the one who sets up or lowers kings and kingdoms, ultimately for His own purposes.  I'm trying to leave the world on His capable shoulders, and just focus on HIS kingdom because life is so short and night cometh so quickly for every person alive regardless of whether circumstances are good or bad.

It's horrendous brother, i dont' know when we've seen the like.  The Lord is reminding me today is to not stand and watch Sodom burning, but flee it altogether and head for the mountains (of God), and He doesn't mean in the physical sense.  The prophesy about Jerusalem is saying the same thing......when you see it surrounded by armies, flee to the mountains (of God).  If these are but the beginning of birth pangs it is only going to get worse and the only place of peace and safety is in the Lord, in HIS kingdom where all is at rest and there is no turmoil.  And actually that is the purpose of the birth pangs, to squeeze us into His kingdom, as it were.

Amen Davida.......I am talking about the world..........from wordly religious leaders to politicians of every stripe, and news media......dont' believe anything they say......they are all pushing their own agendas, just some think they are doing it in the name of God.......and Jesus did not set an example of His flock getting involved in civil affairs and politics........He literally FLED them when they tried to crown him king.....talk about resisting the devil!  And the world's media is even presuming to be a pulpit now for man's self righteous philosophies......as if mankind has any righteousness of his own.  Just wipe the dust of this world off our feet and run!  ......have nothing to do with it........the world has ought to do with us......we are to be ambassadors of another kingdom......which is not of this world and comes not with our careful observation because it is an UNSEEN kingdom.

Might have missed it about the U.S. solar eclipse in another post, but I found it eye opening that it happened just before Elul 1 on the Hebrew calendar, which is the start of the season of Teshuvah, or repentance.  40 days prior to Yom Kippur.  Some of the folks that are using Stellarium and other astronomical programs have found that the time that Jonah warned the people Ninevah to repent or destruction would come upon them, a full solar eclipse occurred in Ninevah on the same Jewish calendar date as the U.S. one, with Jonah delivering the message to Ninevah on Elul 1, the start of season of repentance.

2017 is indeed an interesting year.  120 years ago, 1897, the first Zionist congress to work on establishing a homeland for the Jews was convened.  1917, 100 years ago, the Balfour declaration issued by Britain allowing Jews to return to the land.  1947, 70 years ago, UN 181 partitioning off the Jewish homeland of Israel, officially declared a nation the following year.  1967, 50 years ago, Israel reclaims all of Jerusalem in the 6 day war.  Scripturally, that would make 2017 a Juiblee year.

There were 4 blood moons (total lunar eclipse) in 2014-15.  One each on Passover and Feast of Tabernacles over Israel for 2 consecutive years. 

A stellar convergence is set to occur at the end of Rosh Hashanah this year, Sept 23rd, that has striking similarity to the great sign of Revelation 12.  Those that have worked out how this all transpires, say that it is a stellar occurrence that hasn't happened since, maybe, 3915 BC, which would make the last one roughly the time of Adam and Eve era.  Others have calculated and determined that this 2017 convergence hasn't happened in over 6000 years.

And  a lot of other interesting match ups that make 2017 definitely a eye opening year.  Add in Hurricane Harvey and Irma which is building up in the Atlantic now.  

Sure seems something is on the horizon that may be pretty significant. Maybe more than just Hurricanes and regional peace agreements.

Each of those landmark years are connected to unique generations as well.

120 -- Generation of Noah [Genesis 6]
100 -- Generation of Isaac [Genesis 21:5]
70 -- Generation of Jeremiah [Exile to Babylon before returning 70 years]
50 -- Jubilee

In Old Jewish tradition , they would start to repent 40 days before Yom Kippur , that eclipse was 40 days exactly before Yom Kippur.

And they would fast since Yom Teruah for 10 days till Yom Kippur.

 

But that are Jewish feasts . We are church .

Abraham is typology of Father , Isaac is typology of Son and servant was typology of Holy Spirit .

 Servant found bride for Isaac as Abraham ordered him to comfort him .

And they asked for bride to stay for 10 days in Genesis 24:55 (10 days is period of time between Feast of Trumpets and Day of Atonement).

Servant answer them that he can't wait 10 days.

So Rebekah being typology of bride for christ , went with him .

 

That is my interpretation but , she could not just jump on camel herself , she was virgin bride for rich man , she must have been  "lifted up " on camel by servant just as Church will be "lifted up" to meet with Christ .

 

So if you are bride for Christ , then you looking for Feast of Trumptets not Day of Atonement .

Well, believers may make up the church, but that doesn't mean that what God established from the beginning of the world is irrelevant.  Sure there are typologies and such.   But one thing God said when He established the feast days in Leviticus 23 is that they are Moedim, or appointed times, and Miqra, or rehearsals.  We saw the fulfillment of the 4 spring feasts in Yeshua's first coming.  The fall feasts are next in the lineup, with Rosh Hashanah the next feast day.

Given tbat Yom Teruah or Feast of Trumpets has a traditional basis in separation of the righteous and seems to be what Paul was referring to when he said "in the twinkling of an eye" and "at the last trump", I tend to think that Rosh Hashanah is a kaleidoscope of colorful meaning that is significant.  I have pretty much been in the camp that it will be the feast associated with the removal of the righteous.  What year, that is up for speculation.   I sure wouldn't complain if it is this year!
