I have seen it happen in the past on 'another' forum where people quickly learned who was on 'their side' and it tended to form cliques and the next thing you knew it was the McCoys vs the Hatfields lol. But then again I'm not keen about the whole 'like' system. I wish there was an option for an individual to turn it off if he didn't care to play the game. I agree with you. It is for accountability? I am not using it any longer.

It is an honest way to reply without having to post anything. If it were not available, I would post that I agreed to stop fighting, ask for clarity, par, etc. I really don't see the difference, but I can see how it can be abused.

Ah not really, Truth is I like it very much, and would like even a few more options. I find it nice to know who happened to like something, or joined in on prayer, or a laugh, etc. Some here really don't like it? ??? Or are ya pulling my leg? Well, I decided to state that I agree with you than clicking on the emoticons. I like using them to show support and I can avoid repeating the same thing that someone has just stated such as "It is an honest way to reply without having to post anything" I like to use them anonymously though. I am not sure if George can turn them off for some people and on for others. It most likely is one or the other.
